Projekts: Bērnu un jauniešu basketbola skolas "BasketRiga" izveidošana

Abstract

Maģistra darbā “PROJEKTS: UZŅĒMUMA SIA BASKETRIGA IZVEIDOŠANA” ir aprakstīts piedāvātā basketbola treniņu pakalpojuma uzņēmuma biznesa plāns 5 gadu griezumā. Projekta ideja ir piedāvāt augstas kvalitātes basketbola treniņu pakalpojumu, tādejādi papildinot Latvijas jauniešu basketbola treniņu iespējas Rīgā, kā arī veicinot Latvijas jauniešu basketbola sistēmas izaugsmi. Uzņēmums piedāvās treniņus 12 dažādām jauniešu vecuma grupām un veidos 10 jauniešu basketbola komandas, kurām būs iespēja piedalīties Latvijas jaunatnes basketbola līgas čempionātos. Uzņēmumu plānots dibināt 2024.gada 1.augustā, kas ir arī brīdis no kura sāksies tā darbība. 2024.gada augusta mēnesis būs laiks, kurā tiks veikti mārketinga pasākumi klientu piesaistei, iegādāts inventārs, saskaņoti darba un telpu nomas līgumi, kuru darbība, tāpat kā treniņi, sāksies no 2024.gada 1.septembra. Treniņi norisināsies Rīgas 49.vidusskolas sporta kompleksā, kur ir plaša un moderna basketbola zāle, kā arī ir ierīkota trenažieru zāle. Lai varētu Rīgas 49.vidusskolas sporta kompleksā organizēt treniņus, tiks veikta to sporta zāļu telpu noma, par kuru katru mēnesi, atkarībā no nomāto stundu skaita, tiks veikts ikmēneša maksājums. Uzņēmumam plānots viens valdes loceklis, kas arī būs basketbola skolas dibinātājs un vienīgais investors. Uzņēmējdarbības uzsākšanai plānotais pamatkapitāls ir 12 000 EUR, kurus valdes loceklis ieguldīs no saviem personīgajiem līdzekļiem. Šī naudas summa tiks tērēta, lai iegādātos visu basketbola treniņiem nepieciešamo sporta inventāru un lai veiktu treniņiem nepieciešamo sporta zāļu nomu un darba samaksu basketbola skolas treneriem. Tāpat arī šī nauda tiks izmantota, lai segtu tādas basketbola skolas izmaksas kā reklāmas, transporta, Latvijas jaunatnes basketbola līgas čempionātu dalības, jurista un grāmatveža konsultācijas un uzņēmuma reģistrācijas izmaksas. Basketbola skolas apgrozījumu veidos ieņēmumi no treniņu pakalpojuma sniegšanas jauniešiem, kuru līdzfinansējuma veidā ikmēnesi apmaksās jauniešu vecāki. •1.-4.klašu skolnieki treniņus aizvadīs 2 reizes nedēļā un par to maksās 20 EUR mēnesī; •5.-8.klašu skolnieki treniņus aizvadīs 4 reizes nedēļā un par to maksās 40 EUR mēnesī; •9.-12.klašu skolnieki treniņus aizvadīs 6 reizes nedēļā un par to maksās 60 EUR mēnesī. Pēdējo gadu laikā basketbola popularitāte Latvijā gan jauniešu līmenī, gan profesionālā un nacionālā līmenī ievērojami attīstās. Taču tajā pašā laikā ir izkristalizējusies izteikta problēma Latvijas jauniešu basketbola sistēmā, proti, lielākā daļa jauniešu basketbola skolu treniņus piedāvā ļoti lielam jauniešu skaitam, kas nozīmē, ka basketbola skolai ir vajadzīgs lielāks treneru skaits, prasības un nepieciešamā kvalifikācija to uzņemšanai darbā nav augsta, netiek iegādāts kvalitatīvākais treniņiem nepieciešamais sporta inventārs un treniņu norises vieta bieži vien nav saistīta ar mācību iestādi, kurā jaunietis mācās, līdz ar to nokļūšana līdz treniņvietai nav tik ērta kāda tā varētu būt.
