Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir dibināt uzņēmumu - Bērnu attīstības un izklaides studiju Dobelē ‘’Fantāziju zeme’’, kas pilsētas ģimenēm un viņu bērniem sniegtu neformālās izglītības un izklaides iespēju speciāli tam paredzētās un iekārtotās telpās. Bērnu attīstības un izklaides studijas piedāvājums paredzēts bērniem vecuma grupā no 3 līdz 7 gadi, jeb pirmskolas vecuma bērniem un viņu ģimenēm. Studijā tiks piedāvāti pieci neformālās izglītības pulciņi – Angļu valoda, radošā matemātika, Lego nodarbības, neparastais rokdarbu pulciņš un Montesori nodarbības. Kā papildus pakalpojums studijas telpās ir brīvā laika pavadīšanas iespēja rotaļu istabā, kā arī studiju telpu noma pasākumu un svētku organizēšanai. Uzņēmums tiks dibināts Dobelē, jo pēc aktuālās Dobeles pašvaldību un aptaujās sniegtās informācijas šajā pilsētā nav līdzīgu uzņēmumu kas apvienotu gan pirmskolas vecuma bērnu interešu izglītību, gan izklaides iespējas vienuviet. Pēc aktuālajiem datiem lielākā daļa interešu izglītības tiek nodrošinātas tikai skolas vecuma bērniem, vienīgā iespēja izmanot neformālo izglītību, mazākajiem, ir bērnudārzā. Studijas uzņēmējdarbības forma būs Sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību jeb SIA, jo tiek ierobežota personīgā atbildība, dibinātāju skaits var būt vairāk par vienu personu, kapitāla piesaiste ir salīdzinoši vieglāka kā Individuālajam komersantam un SIA sniedz lielāku uzticību sadarbības partneriem. Lai maksimāli minimizētu jauna uzņēmuma izmaksas telpas tiks nomātas. Telpu kopējā platība ir 174 m2, paredzēta nodarbību telpa, rotaļu istaba, virtuves zona, svinību zāle, priekštelpa un sanitārais mezgls. Bērnu attīstības un izklaides studijas pamatkapitāls būs naudas līdzekļi 30 000 EUR apjomā. To veidos 150 daļas un vienas daļas nominālvērtība būs 200 EUR. Lai uzsāktu uzņēmuma darbību tiks iegādāti 24 veida pamatlīdzekļi ar kopējo skaitu 65, kopējā vērtība 11822,81 EUR. According to the current data, the majority of interest education is provided only to school-age children, the only opportunity to use informal education, for the youngest, is in kindergarten.
