Abstract

Mobilo tehnoloģiju, interneta un datoru tehnoloģiju attīstība ir radījusi iespēju darba ņēmējiem strādāt birojā fragmentāri, izvēloties darba procesu veikt citās vietās un laikos pēc pašu darba ņēmēju ieskatiem vai darba devēju norādījumiem. Šīs tehnoloģijas ir radījušas vairākas izmaiņas darba videi un darba organizācijai. Mērķis ir veikt izpēti darba organizācijas pārmaiņu procesam un uzņēmumu vadītāju attieksmei pret attālināta darba attīstīšanu, kas vadītājiem prasa pielāgojumus vadības kontroles procesos. Darba ietvaros tika veikts uzņēmēju un vadītāju pētījums ar mērķi pārbaudīt izvirzītās hipotēzes. Pamatojoties uz pētījumā iegūtajiem rezultātiem, ir iegūta atbilde uz darba pētnieciskajiem jautājumiem par kontroles rīku izmantošanu attālinātā darba procesā.

Advances in mobile, internet and computer technologies have made it possible for workers to work fragmented hours in the office, choosing to carry out their work process in other places and at other times, at their own discretion or at the direction of their employers. These technologies have brought about a number of changes to the working environment and work organisation. The aim is to investigate the process of change in work organisation and the attitudes of company managers towards the development of remote working, which requires managers to adapt their management control processes. The work involved a survey of entrepreneurs and managers with the aim of testing the hypotheses. Based on the results of the study, the research questions of the thesis on the use of control tools in the process of remote working have been answered.
