Jauno vecāku uzskati par dzimumu lomām un pienākumu sadali starp sievietēm un vīriešiem

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot un salīdzināt jauno strādājošo un nestrādājošo vecāku uzskatus par dzimumu lomām un pienākumu sadalījumu starp sievietēm un vīriešiem. Mērķa sasniegšanai, autore interneta vidē izplatīja aptaujas anketu uz kuru saņēma 77 atbildes, no kurām 72 bija derīgas un, turpmāk tika analizētas. Bakalaura darbu veido piecas nodaļas – iepriekš veiktie pētījumi, pētījuma teorētiskais ietvars, metodoloģija, rezultātu analīze, kā arī secinājumi un diskusija. Autore darba gaitā izmantoja lomu teoriju un dzimumu lomu teoriju. Autore nonāk pie secinājuma, ka jauno vecāku uzskatos par dzimumu lomām un pienākumu sadalījumu starp vīriešiem un sievietēm pastāv pakāpeniskas izmaiņas dzimumu lomu uztverē un izpildē, ar pieaugošu tendenci uz lielāku līdzsvaru un līdztiesību starp dzimumiem ģimenēs, tomēr joprojām pastāv arī tradicionālā lomu izpilde ģimenēs.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to determine and compare the views of young working and non-working parents on gender roles and the distribution of responsibilities between men and women. To achieve this goal, the author distributed a survey online, receiving 77 responses, of which 72 were valid and subsequently analyzed. The bachelor's thesis consists of five chapters: previous research, theoretical framework, methodology, results analysis, and conclusions and discussion. During the research, the author used role theory and gender role theory. The author concludes that there are gradual changes in young parents' perceptions of gender roles and the division of responsibilities between men and women. There is an increasing trend towards greater balance and equality between genders in families. However, traditional role fulfillment in families still persists.
