Mūsdienu valdnieku analīze pēc literatūras žanra "Padomi valdniekam"

Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir Mūsdienu valdnieku analīze pēc literatūras žanra “Padomi valdniekam”. Bakalaura darba tēma ir saistīta ar literatūras žanru “Padomi valdniekam” un tajā iekļauto ieteikumu valdīšanai sakarību ar mūsdienu līderiem. Līdz ar ko, darba mērķis ir izpētīt vai mūsdienu līderu pieeja valdīšanai saskan ar ieteikumiem valdniekiem, par kuriem rakstīja pagātnes ietekmīgākie filozofi. Par pētījuma teorētisko bāzi tika ņemti Nikolo Makjavelli “Valdnieks”, Suņdzi “Kara māksla” un Roterdamas Erasms “Kristiešu valdnieka izglītība” darbi, savukārt par pētījuma objektiem divi demokrātiski līderi un divi diktatori: Baltkrievijas prezidents Aleksandrs Lukašenko, Ķīnas prezidents Sji Dziņpins, Francijas prezidents Emanuels Makrons, ASV prezidents Džo Baidens. Darba gaitā tika izmantotas seno klasiķu tēzes, kā arī politologu zinātniskie raksti un recenzijas par pētāmo literatūru, pastāvot salīdzinošai analīzei. Empīrisko pamatu veidoja padziļināta līderu gadījumu un personības analīze, kas ietvēra sevī salīdzinošo analīzi, balstoties uz teorētisko literatūru, pieejamiem pētījumiem un uzticamo plašsaziņas līdzekļu datiem. Darbā tika izmantota sekundāro datu analīze - aplūkoti statistikas dati par iedzīvotāju uzticību līderim, u.c. Pētījuma rezultātā tika konstatēts, ka ieteikumi valdniekiem, kas ir plašāk aprakstīti žanrā “Padomi valdniekam”, viennozīmīgi saglabā nozīmīgumu mūsdienās, neatkarīgi no kultūras, režīma vai gadsimta, un ir pielietoti mūsdienu līderu valdīšanā.

The title of the bachelor thesis is Analysis of modern rulers according to the literary genre "Advice to the ruler". The theme of the Bachelor's dissertation is related to the literary genre "Advice to the Ruler" and the relationship of its advice for rulership to contemporary leaders. Consequently, the aim of the thesis is to investigate whether the approach of modern leaders to rulership is consistent with the advice to rulers written about by the most influential philosophers of the past. The theoretical basis of the study is based on the works of Niccolo Machiavelli "The Prince", Sun Tzu "The Art of War" and Rotterdam Erasmus "The Education of the Christian Prince", while the objects of the study are two democratic leaders and two dictators: the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, the Chinese President Xi Jinping, the French President Emmanuel Macron and the US President Joe Biden. The theses of the classics, as well as the scholarly articles and reviews of political scientists on the literature under study, were used in the course of the work, with a comparative analysis. The empirical basis consisted of an in-depth analysis of the leaders' cases and personalities, which included a comparative analysis based on theoretical literature, available research and reliable media data. The work was based on secondary data analysis - looking at statistics on people's trust in the leader, etc. The study found that the advice to rulers, which is more broadly described in the genre "Advice to the Ruler", clearly remains relevant today, regardless of culture, regime or century, and has been applied in the governance of contemporary leaders.
