Abstract
Bakalaura darbā, kurš sastāv no piecām nodaļām, tiks aplūkoti tie Civilprocesa likuma panti, kas saistīti ar tiesu ekspertīzi un ekspertiem un to veiktajiem atzinumiem. Tiks sniegts vispārīgs ekspertīzes skaidrojums, analizēta pieaicināta eksperta un tiesu eksperta loma civilprocesā. Autors noskaidros, kādam ir jābūt eksperta atzinuma saturam un kādas ir tā vērtēšanas īpatnības. Darba rezultāta autors sniedz secinājumus un tiek ierosināti priekšlikumi, lai varētu pilnveidot Civilprocesa likuma normas attiecībā uz to, ka var noteikt tiesu ekspertīzi un pušu līdzdalību tiesu ekspertīzē. Autors rosina veikt grozījumus Civilprocesa likuma gan 74.panta otrajā daļā, gan 121. panta pirmajā daļā.
 
The bachelor thesis, which consists of five chapters, will deal with the articles of the Civil Procedure Law related to forensic expertise and experts and their opinions. A general explanation of expertise will be provided, and the role of the invited expert and forensic expert in civil proceedings will be analysed. The author will clarify what the content of an expert's opinion should be and what the specifics of its evaluation are. The author of the paper draws conclusions and proposes suggestions to improve the rules of the Civil Procedure Law regarding the fact that a forensic expert examination may be ordered and the participation of the parties in the forensic expertise. The author proposes amendments to both Article 74 second part and Article 121 first part of the Civil Procedure Law.
