Maģistra darbs “Kompensācijas par nemantisko aizskārumu noteikšanas problemātika kriminālprocesā” veltīts kaitējuma kompensācijas noteikšanas institūtam, tā nepilnībām un problemātiskajiem aspektiem, īpaši vēršot uzmanību kaitējuma kompensācijas noteikšanas regulējumam par nemantisko aizskārumu un ar to radušos kaitējumu kriminālprocesā. Darba uzdevums ir konstatēt kompensācijas par nemantisko aizskārumu noteikšanas iespējamos trūkumus un pārkāpumus, sniegt priekšlikumus to novēršanai un noteikt vai kompensācijas ir taisnīgas pret cietušo, kuram radīts nemantisks kaitējums. Darba gaitā autore konstatēja pastāvošus problemātiskus aspektus kaitējuma kompensācijas institūtā un izvirzīja tēzes, piedāvājot risinājumu tā pilnveidošanai un attīstīšanai. The master's thesis “Problems of determining non-pecuniary injury compensation in criminal proceedings” is devoted to the institute of determining compensation for damage, its flaws and problematic aspects, paying special attention to the regulation of determining compensation for non-material damage and the resulting damage in criminal process. The task of the thesis is to identify the possible flaws and violations of the determination of compensation for non-material damage, to provide proposals for their elimination and to determine whether the compensation is fair to the victim who suffered non-material damage. In the course of the work, the author identified existing problematic aspects in the institute of damage compensation and proposed theses, offering a solution for its improvement and development.
