Ceļu satiksmes video analīze

Abstract

Šajā maģistra darbā autors meklē un izstrādā metodes, kā noteikt laika apstākļus video materiālā, kurā attēlota ceļu satiksme. Pilnvērtīgai laika apstākļu noteikšanai ir nepieciešama dārga aparatūra, kā arī nav izstrādātas pilnvērtīgas sistēmas, kas palīdzētu autovadītājiem noteikt laika apstākļus uz ceļa braucamās daļas un tās apkārtnē. Ceļu satiksmes video analīze nav plaši pētīta problēma zemas kvalitātes video materiālos. Darbā tiek apskatītas zināmās metodes un algoritmi, kā arī aprakstīta autora izstrādātā metode, kas saistīta ar segmentāciju, objektu atrašanu attēlos, laika apstākļu noteikšanu uz ceļa braucamās daļas un tās apkārtnē. Autora izstrādātā programma no video attēla atpazīst lietus pilienus un tādus laika apstākļus kā lietains laiks, skaidrs laiks, mākoņainas debesis, skaidras debesis.

In this master thesis the author searches and develops methods, how it is possible to determine weather conditions in the video material , in which the road traffic is captured. For complete weather-determination expensive hardware is needed, as well as there isn’t developed complete system, which could help to determine weather conditions on the carriageway and surrounding areas. Analysis of a road traffic video isn’t widely studied problem in a low-quality video materials. In this thesis well known methods and algorithms are examined, as well as there is described method developed by author, which is associated with segmentation, object detection in images, weather condition determening on the carriageway and surrounding areas. The programm developed by author recognizes rain drops and sucha a weather conditions like rainy weather, clear weather, cloudy sky, clear sky.
