Dokumentu izdrukas formu redaktors priekš Enterprise by HansaWorld sistēmas

Abstract

Mūsdienās uzņēmumi maksimāli cenšas automatizēt savas grāmatvedības un lietvedības procesus lai varētu koncentrēties uz savu attīstību, nevis neskaitāmu dokumentu veidošanu, kas prasa darba spēku un finansiālus līdzekļus. Pārsvarā katram uzņēmumam ir savi priekšraksti par to kā šiem dokumentiem ir jāizskatās un kādai informācijai tajos ir jābūt, tādēļ uzņēmuma vadības sistēma Enterprise by HansaWorld (turpmāk tekstā HWE) piedāvā dokumentu formu drukāšanu no sistēmas ierakstiem, kas diemžēl nav realizētas lietotājam ērtas un gana funkcionālas. Šī darba mērķis ir izpētīt problēmas esošajā risinājumā un iespējas izveidot alternatīvu dokumentu formu redaktoru, kas nodrošinātu HAL koda analīzi lai tas spētu attēlot datus lietotājam draudzīgā veidā. Mērķis ir noskaidrot vai ar jau esošiem līdzekļiem ir iespējams dabūt no HAL koda nepieciešamo informāciju.

Nowadays, most companies seek to automate their accounting and record keeping processes to focus on their own development, rather than the myriad of papers that require the labor and financial resources. Mostly every company has its own specifications for the views, needs it for the following documents should look and what information they should contain, and the company's management system HansaWorld by Enterprise (here after HWE) offers document form printing systems for most system records, which is not functional enough. Aim of this work to investigate problems in the current solution and the possibility of establishing an alternative form editor, witch, could provide HAL code analysis and to be able to display data in user-friendly way. The aim is to determine whether is possible to obtain the necessary information from HAL code with existing tools.
