Pozitīvas attieksmes veidošana grupā kā pamats bērnu sociālo prasmju attīstībai

Abstract

Darba autore ir Kristīne Ohrimeca. Kvalifikācijas darbs veltīts tēmai “Pozitīvas attieksmes veidošana grupā kā pamats bērnu sociālo prasmju attīstībai”. Pētījuma mērķis: izpētīt pozitīvas atmosfēras radīšanas grupā ietekmi uz pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu sociālo prasmju attīstību. Darbs sastāv no divām daļām: teorētiskās un praktiskās. Teorētiskajā daļā analizēta zinātniski pedagoģiskā un psiholoģiskā literatūra par pozitīvas mijiedarbības nozīmi pirmsskolas vecumā. Pētījuma praktiskajā daļā tika izmantotas divas pētījuma metodes - pedagoģiskais novērojums un skolotāja praktiskais darbs grupu attiecību uzlabošanai. Pētījumā piedalījās 14 bērni vecumā no 4-6 gadiem. Attiecību novērtēšanai tika izstrādāti bērnu savstarpējās pozitīvās saskarsmes novērtējuma līmeņa kritēriji. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka pozitīvas savstarpējas attīstība grupā veicina bērnu emocionālo atsaucību, sadarbības prasmju un empātijas spēju veidošanos, kas ietekmē viņu socializācijas procesu. Rotaļa ir galvenā pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu aktivitāte. Tika izstrādāti pedagoģiskie uzdevumi, tostarp spēles mijiedarbības attīstīšanai, situācijas, lai labāk izprastu citu emocijas, mūsdienīgi projekti komandas darbam, literatūras lasīšana empātijas un līdzjūtības attīstīšanai. Pētījuma mērķis tika sasniegts: pozitīvu attiecību uzturēšana grupā ir pastāvīgs nosacījums bērnu sociālo prasmju attīstībai. Darbs sastāv no 49 lappusēm, 4 tabulām, 5 ilustrācijām un 33 literatūras avotiem. Atslēgas vārdi: pozitīva attieksme, pirmsskolas vecuma bērni, sociālās prasmes, empātija, attiecību attīstība.

Author: Kristīne Ohrimeca. The qualification work is devoted to the topic: "Formation of positive attitude in a group as a basis for the development of children's social skills". The purpose of the study: to examine the influence of the formation of a positive atmosphere in a group on the development of social skills in preschool children. The work consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part analyzes scientific pedagogical and psychological literature on the importance of positive communication in preschool age. In the practical part of the study, two research methods were used - pedagogical observation and practical work of the teacher aimed at improvement of interaction in a group. The study involved 14 children aged 4-6 years. Criteria for the level of evaluation of positive communication between children were developed to assess the relationships. The results of the study indicate that the development of positive communication in a group contributes to the emotional responsiveness of children, the formation of cooperation skills and empathy, which affects their socialization process. Play is the main activity of preschool children. Pedagogical tasks were developed, including games for developing communication, situations for better understanding of others’ emotions, modern projects for teamwork, as well as reading literature to develop empathy and the ability to empathize. The goal of the study was achieved: maintaining positive relationships in the group is a constant condition for the development of children's social skills.
