Skolotāju pieredzes izvērtējums kompetenču pieejas īstenošanā angļu valodas stundās

Abstract

2023. gadā kompetenču pieeja Latvijas skolās tika ieviesta visos vispārējās izglītības līmeņos, bet joprojām ir jūtama neizpratne par kompetenču pieejā balstīta mācību procesa īstenošanu. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izzināt skolotāju pieredzi kompetenču pieejas īstenošanā angļu valodas stundās un izstrādāt risinājumus efektīva, kompetenču pieejā balstīta mācību procesa īstenošanai. Darbības pētījums apvieno teorētiskās zināšanas ar praktiskām darbībām, lai uzlabotu procesus noteiktā kontekstā. Interviju dati atspoguļo skolotāju izpratni par kompetenču pieejā balstīta mācību procesa īstenošanu. Izvērtējot gūtos datus, tika izstrādāts tematiskais plāns ar mērķi sniegt skolotājiem atbalstu efektīva, kompetenču pieejā balstīta mācību procesa īstenošanai. Tas ir aprobēts mācību procesā un iegūts ekspertu atzinums.

In 2023, the competence approach was fully implemented in all levels of education in schools of Latvia, but there is still a lack of understanding about the implementation of competence-based learning and teaching process can be felt. The aim of the Master’s Paper is to explore the experience of teachers in implementing the competence approach in English language lessons and develop solutions for the effective implementation of a competence-based teaching and learning process. The action research combines theoretical knowledge with practical actions to improve processes in a specific context. The interview data reflect the teachers’ understanding of the implementation of the competence-based teaching and learning process. Based on the data obtained, a thematic plan has been developed with the aim of providing support to teachers in implementing an effective, competence-based learning process. It has been piloted in the teaching process, and experts’ opinion has been obtained.
