Klasvadības koncepta izstrāde 5.klases skolēnu sociāli emocionālo kompetenču attīstībā

Abstract

Darba autors: Irina Brazauska. Darba nosaukums: Klasvadības koncepta izstrāde 5.klases skolēnu sociāli emocionālo kompetenču attīstībā. Pētījuma mērķis ir iepazīties un analizēt teorētisko literatūru par sociāli emocionālo mācīšanos, klasvadības būtību un nozīmi, pusaudžu attīstības īpatnībām un uzvedības grūtībām pusaudžu jaunākajā vecumposmā, kā arī izveidot un aprobēt klasvadības konceptu 5. klases skolēniem sociāli emocionālo kompetenču attīstībā. Pētījumā piedalījās Latvijas X vidusskolas 5. klases 17 skolēni un klases audzinātāja. Pētījuma sākumā darba autore izstrādā novērojumu anketu, ietverot noteiktus apgalvojumus un vērtē katru skolēnu individuāli. Apgalvojumi nosauc uzvedības problēmas mācību stundās. Balstoties uz novērojumiem un anketas rādītājiem, darba autore izstrādā klasvadības konceptu, kuros iekļauj nodarbības klases saliedēšanai, skolēnu empātijas, tolerances, attiecību prasmju attīstībai. Pēc pētījuma, darba autore veic atkārtotu novērošanas anketas aizpildīšanu un datu salīdzināšanu, izvirzītā jautājuma apliecinājuma iegūšanai. Bakalaura darba ietvaros ir sasniegts izvirzītais mērķis. Pētījuma rezultāti uzrāda, ka attīstot nodarbībās sociāli emocionālo kompetenci, skolēni pilnveido prasmes savu emociju izprašanā un regulācijā, citu emociju saprašanā, attiecību veidošanā un atbildīgu lēmumu pieņemšanā. Tādējādi uzlabojas arī skolēnu uzvedība skolā. Author: Irina Brazauska. Title of work: Development of a classroom management concept in the development of socio-emotional competences of 5th grade pupils. The aim of the study is to review and analyse the theoretical literature on socio-emotional learning, the nature and importance of classroom management, the developmental characteristics, and behavioural difficulties of young adolescents, and to develop and validate a classroom management concept for 5th grade students in the development of socio-emotional competences. 17 students of the 5th grade of Latvian X secondary school and a class teacher participated in the research. At the beginning of the study, the author of the paper develops an observation questionnaire, including certain statements, and evaluates each student individually. The claims name behavior problems in the classroom. Based on the observations and the indicators of the questionnaire, the author of the work develops a class management concept, which includes classes for class cohesion, development of students' empathy, tolerance, and relationship skills. After the research, the author of the paper fills out the observation questionnaire again and compares the data, to obtain confirmation of the raised question. Within the framework of the bachelor thesis, the set goal has been achieved. The results of the study show that by developing social-emotional competence in lessons, students improve their skills in understanding and regulating their emotions, understanding other emotions, building relationships, and making responsible decisions. This also improves the students' behaviour at school. The content of the bachelor thesis includes: 50 pages, 9 tables, 7 images, 5 appendices, 62 literature sources.
