Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir “Mācību motivēšanas veicināšanas iespējas matemātikas jomā 2.klasei”. Darba autore ir Agnese Gaile-Skujiņa. Zinātniskā vadītāja prof. Dr.psych. Tija Zīriņa. Darba aktualitāte - tā kā prasmju un zināšanu apjoms, kas jāapgūst 2.klasē matemātikas jomā ir liels, tad nereti šajā posmā skolēniem sāk zust motivācija apgūt matemātiku, jo mācību tēmas kļūst sarežģītākas, komplicētākas un matemātika tiek uztverta kā abstrakts mācību priekšmets, kas šķietami nav saistīts ar mūsu ikdienas dzīvi. Šeit ļoti būtiska loma ir pedagogam, kura uzdevums ir atrast metodes, uzdevumus un organizēt mācību procesu tā, lai skolēniem šajā vecumposmā nezustu mācību motivācija apgūt matemātiku. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek aprakstīts un definēts mācīšanās motivācijas jēdziens, aplūkotas sākumskolas skolēnu attīstības likumsakarības un skolēnu motivācijas veicināšanas iespējas matemātikas jomā 2.klasē. Bakalaura darba otrajā daļā tiek aprakstīts empīriskais pētījums, kur tiek noskaidrots skolēnu sākotnējais motivācijas līmenis matemātikas stundās, tiek atlasīti un īstenoti pedagoģiskie paņēmieni mācību motivācijas veicināšanai. Pētījuma noslēgumā tiek noskaidrotas skolēnu motivācijas līmeņa izmaiņas, apkopoti, analizēti dati un izdarīti secinājumi par 2.klašu skolēnu motivācijas veicināšanas iespējām matemātikas jomā. The title of the bachelor's thesis is "Opportunities for Motivating Learning in Mathematics in 2nd Grade." The author of the thesis is Agnese Gaile-Skujiņa, and the scientific supervisor is Prof. Dr. psych. Tija Zīriņa. Relevance of the thesis lies in the fact that as the scope of skills and knowledge to be acquired in the field of mathematics in the 2nd grade is extensive, students often experience a decline in motivation to learn mathematics during this stage. This is attributed to the increasing complexity of study topics and the perception of mathematics as an abstract subject seemingly unrelated to everyday life. A crucial role in addressing this issue falls upon the teacher, whose task is to find methods, tasks, and organize the learning process in a way that sustains students' motivation to learn mathematics at this age. The theoretical part of the thesis describes and defines the concept of learning motivation, explores the developmental patterns of primary school students, and discusses possibilities for promoting students' motivation in the field of mathematics in the 2nd grade. In the second part of the bachelor's thesis, an empirical study is presented, aiming to determine the initial level of students' motivation during mathematics classes. Pedagogical methods for enhancing learning motivation are selected and implemented. The conclusion of the research reveals changes in students' motivation levels, consolidates and analyzes data, and draws conclusions about the possibilities of enhancing motivation in mathematics for 2nd-grade students.
