Skolotāja loma attiecību veidošanā ar sākumskolas skolēnu vecākiem

Abstract

Bakalaura darba autore Rebeka Zariņa. Darba nosaukums ‘’Skolotāja loma attiecību veidošanā ar sākumskolas skolēnu vecākiem’’. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir teorētiski analizēt un empīriski noteikt skolotāja ietekmi attiecību veidošanā ar sākumskolas skolēnu vecākiem. Skolotāja loma attiecību veidošanā ar sākumskolas skolēnu vecākiem ir svarīga, lai labāk izprastu bērnu un bērna vajadzības. Sastrādājoties abām interesējošajām pusēm, vecāki un skolotāji izveido spēcīgu atbalsta sistēmu, kas veicina bērna attīstību un izaugsmi. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir teorētiski analizēt un empīriski noteikt skolotāja ietekmi attiecību veidošanā ar sākumskolas skolēnu vecākiem. Darbā izvirzītā hipotēze nosaka, ja skolotājs ir atvērts, pretimnākošs, tad sadarbība ar vecākiem ir veiksmīgāka, vecāku skatījumā. Ja vecāki ir pretimnākoši, saprotoši, tad sadarbība ar skolotājiem ir veiksmīgāka. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un empīriskās daļas. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek analizēta teorētiskā literatūra par skolotājam nepieciešamajām īpašībām un prasmēm, veiksmīgas sadarbības veidošanā. Pētījumā tiek analizēta, kāda ir skolotāja ietekme attiecību veidošanā ar sākumskolas skolēnu vecākiem. Pētījumā iegūtie dati liecina par skolotāja vajadzību uzņemties iniciatīvu attiecību veidošanā ar sākumskolas skolēnu vecākiem. Bakalaura darba apjoms: 53 lpp., 25 attēli, 64 literatūras avoti.

The author of the bachelor thesis ir Rebeka Zariņa. The title of the work ‘’Teacher’s Role in Building Relationships with Parents of primary school students’’. The teacher’s role in building relationships with parents of primary school students is important to understand children and their needs better. When both sides work together, parents and teachers create a strong support system that promotes the child’s development and growth. The bachelor’s work aim is to theoretically analyze and empirically determine the teacher’s influence in building relationships with parents of primary school students. The proposed working hypothesis is that if the teacher is open, welcoming, and feels valued, then cooperation with parents is more successful, from the parents' point of view. If parents are receptive, and understanding, then cooperation with teachers is more successful. The bachelor’s thesis consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part analyzes the literature on the qualities and skills necessary for the teacher to create successful cooperation. The study analyzes the teacher’s influence in building relationships with parents of primary school students. The data obtained in the study show the importance for the teacher to take the initiative in building relationships with parents of primary school students. The scope of the bachelor’s thesis: 53 pages, 25 pictures 64 sources of literature.
