PII vadības darbība pedagoģiskās sadarbības veicināšanā bērna labizjūtas sekmēšanai

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “PII vadības darbība pedagoģiskās sadarbības veicināšanā bērna labizjūtas sekmēšanai”, darba autore: Lība Ozoliņa. Pētījuma mērķis- izpētīt pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes vadības darbību pedagoģiskās sadarbības veicināšanā un, kā tas sekmē bērnu labizjūtu grupā. Darbā tiek analizēti teorētiskie avoti par pedagogu sadarbību. Vadību, tās funkcijām un darbību, kā arī bērnu labizjūtas ietekmējošajiem faktoriem. Apkopojot iegūto informāciju autore var secināt, ka vadības darbība būtiski ietekmē pedagogu sadarbību, tomēr pozitīvas darbības un labu sasniegto rezultātu pamatā ir individuālā motivācija, kas tieši un būtiski ietekmē bērnu labizjūtu grupā. Darbs sastāv no 51 lapaspuses, 17 attēliem, vienas tabulas, bibliogrāfiskā saraksta vienību skaits ir 46 un 6 pielikumiem. Atslēgas vārdi: bērnu labizjūta, pedagogu sadarbība, vadība, vadības darbība. Bakalaura darbs izstrādāts, lai sniegtu zināšanas un izvirzītu priekšlikumus par pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes darbību, kas veicina pedagoģisko sadarbību sekmējot bērnu labizjūtu.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is "The activity of the management of the kindergarten in promoting pedagogical cooperation for the well-being of children", the author of the thesis is Lība Ozoliņa. The aim of the study is to investigate and analyse the activity of the preschool educational institution management in promoting pedagogical cooperation, how it affects the well-being of children in the group. The theoretical sources of pedagogical cooperation are analysed. The study focuses on the management, its functions, and activities, as well as the factors influencing the well-being of children. Summarising the information obtained, the author can conclude that the management activity significantly influences the cooperation of teachers, however, positive action and good results are based on individual motivation, which directly and significantly influences the well-being of children in the group. The thesis consists of 51 pages, 17 figures, one table, 46 bibliographical items and 6 annexes. Keywords: children's well-being, teacher collaboration, leadership, leadership action. The thesis is designed to provide knowledge and make proposals on the functioning of a pre-school educational institution that promotes pedagogical cooperation for the well-being of children.
