Abstract

Darba Autors: Dagnija Dimante – Ledus Darba vadītājs: Darba tēma: Mācību procesa organizācija ārvalstu bērnu iekļaušanai pirmsskolas izglītības iestādēs Šobrīd ir palielinājusies ārvalstu ģimeņu iebraukšana Latvijā, kuri izvēlas šeit izmantot izglītības iespējas saviem bērniem. Ņemot vērā, ka ārvalstu ģimenes mājās un savā starpā ar bērniem sarunājas savā dzimtā valodā un vēl nezina latviešu valodu. Bērni, kuri pirmsskolas izglītības iestādēs pirmo reizi uzsāk bērnudārza gaitas, vai arī ir gājuši savā valstī pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē ir novērots, ka iekļauties mācību procesā un adaptēties ir daudz grūtāk. Tas arī liels darbs pedagogiem lai veiksmīgi organizētu mācību procesu, lai arī iekļautu bērnus, kuriem latviešu valoda ir pavisam sveša. Skolotājam ir jāprot strādāt ne tikai ar bērniem, kuriem ir dažādas zināšanas un prasmes, bet arī ar bērniem, kuriem nav nekādu zināšanu, kuri var nezināt uzņemošās valsts valodu, kā arī kādu citu Eiropas valodu. Viens no izglītības uzdevumiem ir nodrošināt visiem skolēniem vienlīdzīgas iespējas ar Latvijas pilsoņiem iegūt pirmsskolas, pamata, vidējo vispārējo un profesionālo izglītību, lai viņi iekļautos Latvijas izglītības sistēmā un valstī. Mūsdienu skola ir vieta, kur viskomplicētāk atrodas un sastopas atšķirīgas kultūras, tādēļ tā jāizveido par labvēlīgu kopā dzīvošanu, kur ir iespējams sadarboties, komunicēt un justies droši dažādu kultūru pārstāvjiem Tādējādi ir nepieciešams izpētīt un atrast risinājumus, kā sekmēt mācību procesa organizāciju, lai ārvalstu bērni vieglāk iekļautos pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē Latvijā. Tas ietver sadarbību ar bērnu un viņu vecākiem, un arī ar metodisko personālu. Subject: Organisation of the learning process for the inclusion of foreign children in preschool educational institutions There has been an increase in the number of foreign families coming to Latvia to take advantage of educational opportunities for their children. Given that foreign families speak to their children in their mother tongue at home and with each other, they do not yet know Latvian. Children who are starting kindergarten for the first time, or who have gone to kindergarten in their own country, have found it much more difficult to integrate into the learning process and to adapt. It is also a big effort for teachers to successfully organise the learning process in order to include children who are completely unfamiliar with the Latvian language. Teachers need to be able to work not only with children who have different knowledge and skills, but also with children who have no knowledge, who may not know the language of the host country or another European language. One of the tasks of education is to ensure that all pupils have equal opportunities with Latvian citizens to receive pre-school, primary, general secondary and vocational education, so that they are integrated into the Latvian education system and the country. Today's school is the place where different cultures are most complexly located and encounter each other, so it must be made into a supportive place where people from different cultures can work together, communicate and feel safe Thus, it is necessary to explore and find solutions to facilitate the organisation of the learning process so that foreign children can more easily integrate into pre-school education in Latvia. This includes cooperation with the children and their parents, and also with the methodological staff.
