Psiholoģiskās elastības un orientācijas uz nākotni saistība ar kara draudu izraisītām bailēm

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis bija noskaidrot psiholoģiskās elastības un orientācijas uz nākotni saistību ar kara bailēm. Pētījumā piedalījās 112 pilngadīgi respondenti (71 sieviete, 41 vīrietis), kas elektroniski aizpildīja pieņemšanas un izvairīšanās aptauju II (Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-II, AAQ II, Bond et al., 2011), individuālās nākotnes orientācijas skalu (Individual Future Orietnation Scale, IFOS, Koļesovs, 2017) un kara baiļu skalu (The Fear of War Scale, FOWARS, Kalcza-Janosi et al., 2022). Pētījumā atklāta pozitīva statistiski nozīmīga saistība starp psiholoģisko neelastību un kara bailēm. Sievietes uzrādīja statistiski nozīmīgi augstākus kara baiļu un psiholoģiskās neelastības rādītājus kā vīrieši. Rezultāti liecina, ka psiholoģiskā neelastība un sieviešu dzimums statistiski nozīmīgi prognozē kara bailes. Saistība starp orientāciju uz nākotni un kara bailēm netika atklāta. The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to explore the relationship between psychological flexibility and future orientation with war-induced fear. The study involved 112 adult participants (71 female, 41 male), who electronically completed Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-II (AAQ II, Bond et al., 2011), Individual Future Orientation Scale, IFOS, Koļesovs, 2017), and Fear of War Scale (FOWARS, Kalcza-Janosi et al., 2022). The results of the study revealed a positive statistically significant association between psychological inflexibility and fear of war. Significantly higher scores in psychological inflexibility and fear of war were observed among women compared to men. The findings indicate that psychological inflexibility and female gender significantly predict the fear of war. No significant relationship was found between future orientation and fear of war.
