Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba ietvaros ir izstrādāta sistēma “Personalizēti viedie lietotāju paziņojumi” un tās pavadošā tehniskā dokumentācija. Sistēmas galvenais mērķis uzlabot uzņēmuma “Izdevniecība iŽurnāli” saziņu ar lasītājiem, nodrošinot tiem iespēju saņemt aktuālo informāciju turpat, kur tie piekļūst saturam. Administrators var pielāgot aktīvos paziņojumus, nosakot to saturu un izsūtīšanas iestatījumus. Paziņojumu saturā var ievietot dinamiskus datus, kas līdzās administratora izveidotām darbībām, ļauj veidot personalizētus aicinājumus uz darbību. Sistēma sniedz iespēju aplūkot statistiku par izsūtīšanu, kā arī uzraudzīt lietotāju aktivitāti un iesaisti paziņojumu darbībās.

As part of the qualification work, the system "Personalized Smart User Notifications" and its accompanying technical documentation have been developed. The primary goal of the system is to enhance communication between the company “Izdevniecība iŽurnāli" and its customers by providing them with the ability to receive relevant information directly where they access content. The administrator can customize active notifications by defining their content and delivery settings. The notification content can include dynamic data, which, alongside administrator-created actions, enables the creation of personalized calls to action. The system also provides the ability to view delivery statistics and monitor user activity and engagement with the notifications.
