Datortehnikas piedāvājumu un darījumu pārvaldības sistēma

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darbā tiek sniegts apraksts un izstrādes dokumentācija “Datortehnikas piedāvājumu un darījumu pārvaldības sistēmai” (turpmāk – Sistēma). Sistēma izveidota, lai būtiski atvieglotu un automatizētu datortehnikas produktu speciālista darbu. Tā apvieno vairākas funkcionalitātes, tostarp automātisku darījumu kārtošanu, piedāvājuma sagataves izveidi, jaunu darījumu pievienošanu un integrētu produktu meklētāju. Sistēmas izstrādē tika izmantots Python un SQLite. Darbā aprakstīta sistēmas arhitektūra, galvenās funkcionalitātes un to nozīme darbplūsmas efektivitātes uzlabošanā. Sistēma palīdz strukturēt informāciju, samazināt manuālā darba apjomu un palielināt darījumu pārvaldības precizitāti.

The qualification project provides a description and development documentation for the " Computer Quote and Deal Management System " (hereinafter referred to as the System). The System is designed to significantly simplify and automate the work of computer hardware product specialists. It integrates multiple functionalities, including automated deal organization, the creation of offer templates, the addition of new deals, and an integrated product search tool. The System was developed utilizing Python and SQLite technologies. The document outlines the architecture of the System, its core functionalities, and their impact on improving workflow efficiency. The System facilitates the structuring of information, reduces the amount of manual work required, and enhances the accuracy of deal management processes.
