Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir „Vides pārvaldība birojos”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izstrādāt priekšlikumus vides kvalitātes nodrošināšanai un pilnveidošanai birojos. Maģistra darba pētnieciskā problēma saistīta ar to, ka Latvijā nav pietiekami nodrošināta vides kvalitātes aspektu pārvaldība birojos. Teorētiskajā daļā tika analizēts vides kvalitātes jēdziena teorētiskais ietvars vides zinātnes, vides pārvaldības un ilgtspējīgas vides pārvaldības perspektīvā, vides kvalitāti degradējošie elementi, kā arī vides kvalitātes nodrošinājums un darba vides pārvaldības sistēmas realizācija biroju darba vidē. Maģistra darba ietvaros veikts empīriskais pētījums, izmantojot kvalitatīvās un kvantitatīvās pētniecības metodes. Balstoties uz literatūras analīzi un empīriskajā pētījumā gūtajām teorētiskajām atziņām un pētījumā iegūtajiem rezultātiem, izstrādāti priekšlikumi vides kvalitātes nodrošināšanai un pilnveidošanai birojos. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 5 nodaļām teorētiskajā daļā un 4 nodaļām pētījuma daļā, darba apjoms ir 137 lapaspuses, tajā skaitā ir iekļautas 11 tabulas, 16 attēli un 8 pielikumi. The topic of Master thesis is ‘Environmental Management in Offices’. The goal of the Master’s thesis is to develop proposals for the environmental quality assurance and improvement of offices. The research problem of the Master thesis concerns the lack of sufficient quality assurance of environmental management in offices. The theoretical part consists of the environmental quality concept description within the framework of the environmental science, environmental management and sustainable environmental management in the perspective, the degrading elements of environmental quality as well as environmental quality assurance and the realization of working environment management in the offices. The empirical part of the Master's thesis was done using qualitative and quantitative research methods. On the basis of the theoretical finds from literature analysis and the results of research, the proposals were made for the environmental quality assurance and improvement of offices. The Master's thesis consists of five chapters in the theoretical part and four chapters in the empirical part. The thesis consists of 137 pages, included 11 charts, 16 pictures and 8 appendixes.
