Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma: Bauskas novada sociālo darbinieku zināšanas un prakse darbā ar vardarbībā ģimenē cietušām sievietēm. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot kā sociālie darbinieki atpazīst un reaģē uz vardarbību ģimenē pret sievieti Bauskas novadā. Pētījums balstīts uz sociālā konstruktīvisma un feminisma teorijām, lai analizētu sociālo darbinieku izpratni par darbu ar vardarbībā ģimenē cietušām sievietēm. Pētījumā tiks izmantots kvalitatīva pētījuma dizains – fenomenoloģiskais dizains. Izmantotā pētniecības metode ir daļēji strukturēta intervija ar sociālajiem darbiniekiem, kuriem ir pieredze darbā ar vardarbībā ģimenē cietušām sievietēm. Datu analīzei tiks pielietota tematiskā datu analīze. Iegūtie dati ļaus noskaidrot kā Bauskas novada sociālie darbinieki atpazīst un reaģē uz vardarbību ģimenē pret sievieti. Kādas zināšanas nepieciešamas, lai veiktu darbu ar šo mērķa grupu. Kādi ir pozitīvu intervenci veicinošie un traucējošie faktori darbā ar vardarbībā ģimenē cietušām sievietēm. Master’s thesis topic: Knowledge and practice of social workers of Bauska region in working with women victims of family violence. The aim of the study is to find out how social workers recognize and react to domestic violence against women in Bauska region. The research is based on the theories of social constructivism and feminism in order to analyze the understanding of social workers about working with women who have suffered domestic violence. The study will use a qualitative research design - phenomenological design. The research method used is a semi - structured interview with social workers who have experience working wih women victims of domestic violence. Thematic data analysis will be used for data analysis. The obtained data will make it possible to finde out how the social workers of Bauska region recognize and react to domestic violence against women. What knowledge is needed to work with this target group. What are the facilitating and hindering factors of positive intervention in working with women victimes of domestic violence.
