Uzņēmumā AS “Latvenergo” korporatīvās sociālās atbildības aspektu novērtējums.

Abstract

Bakalaura darba izvēlētā tēma ir uzņēmumā AS “Latvenergo” korporatīvās sociālās atbildības aspektu novērtējums. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir novērtēt uzņēmuma AS “Latvenergo” korporatīvo sociālo atbildību attiecībā pret sabiedrību un vidi un sniegt priekšlikumus KSA virzienu pilnveidei uzņēmumā, balstoties uz teorētiskajiem aspektiem, darba autores novērojumiem, intervijas un aptaujas rezultātiem, apkopot izpētīto secinājumos un izstrādāt, sniegt priekšlikumus KSA un ētikas kodeksa turpmākai pilnveidošanai uzņēmumā. Darba mērķa sasniegšanai veicamie uzdevumi ir zinātniskās literatūra avotu izpēte, korporatīvās sociālās atbildības un ētikas kodeksa analīze, intervija un aptauja par uzņēmumu AS “Latvenergo”, izstrādāt secinājumus un priekšlikumus. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 3 nodaļām - pirmā daļa kurā tiks apskatīti ētikas teorētiskie aspekti un KSA aspekti, otrajā daļā tiks analizēts kā uzņēmuma AS “Latvenergo” darbinieki redz uzņēmuma atbildību pret cilvēkiem un vidi, trešajā daļā tiks veikta darba autores izstrādātās aptaujas anketas analīze un intervija ar “Latvenergo” ilgtspējas vadītāju, kā arī izvirzīti secinājumi un priekšlikumi, un ievietoti darbā izmantotie avoti un pielikumi. Darba apjoms ir 62 lapaspuses. Tajā ir 1 tabula, 2 pielikumi.

The chosen topic of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of aspects of corporate social responsibility in the company AS “Latvenergo”. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to assess the corporate social responsibility of the company AS “Latvenergo” in relation to society and the environment and to provide proposals for the improvement of CSR directions in the company, based on theoretical aspects, the author's observations and the results of the survey and interview, to summarize the findings in conclusions and develop, to provide proposals for CSR and for further improvement of the code of ethics in the company. To achieve the goal of the work, the tasks to be performed are the research of scientific literature sources, the analysis of corporate social responsibility and the code of ethics and a survey about the company AS “Latvenergo”, to develop conclusions and proposals. The work consists of an introduction, 3 chapters - the first part will examine the theoretical aspects, the second part will analyze how the employees of the company AS “Latvenergo” see the company’s responsibility towards people and the environment, the third part will analyze the survey questionnaire developed by the author of the work and an interview with sustainability manager of “Latvenergo”, as well as put forward conclusions and proposals, and place the sources used in the work and attachments. The volume of the work is 62 pages. It contains 1 table, 2 appendices.
