Bankrota prognozēšana Latvijas jaunuzņēmumos

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir Bankrota prognozēšana Latvijas jaunuzņēmumos. Bakalaura darba mērķis veikt izpēti par bankrotu prognozēšanu un datu analīzi Latvijas jaunuzņēmumos, identificēt piemērotākos bankrota prognozēšanas modeļus un izstrādāt rekomendācijas Latvijas jaunuzņēmumiem bankrota risku analīzei un samazināšanai. Darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām un astoņām apakšnodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā apskata bankrota un maksātnespēja teoriju un prognozēšanas modeļus un procesa juridisko aspektu. Otrā nodaļa veltīta jaunuzņēmumu ekosistēmas aprakstam un statistikai analīzei. Trešajā nodaļā tiek veikta bankrota modeļu precizitātes novērtēšana. Darba apjoms ir 63 lappuses. The topic of the bachelor thesis is Bankruptcy Prediction in Latvian Startups. The aim of the thesis is to conduct research on bankruptcy prediction and data analysis in Latvian startups, identify the most suitable bankruptcy prediction models, and develop recommendations for Latvian startups to analyze and reduce bankruptcy risks. The thesis consists of three chapters and eight subchapters. The first chapter examines the theory of bankruptcy and insolvency, prediction models, and the legal aspects of the process. The second chapter is dedicated to describing the startup ecosystem and analyzing relevant statistics. The third chapter evaluates the accuracy of bankruptcy prediction models. The thesis comprises 63 pages. The conclusion summarizes the findings obtained during the development of the thesis and provides recommendations for Latvian startups.
