Abstract

Bakalaura darbā, “Personāla izdegšana ražošanas uzņēmumā: SIA “SECES KOKS” gadījums”, darba autore pēta un analīzē vai ražošanas darbinieki arī ir pakļauti izdegšanai un ko uzņēmums dara, lai darbinieki nesaskartos ar izdegšanu, balstoties uz ražošanas darbiniekiem un ražošanas vadītāju viedokļiem un novērtējumu. Bakalaura darbā izvirzītais mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz veiktajiem pētījumiem par darbinieku izdegšanu, izanalizēt un novērtēt vai ražošanas uzņēmuma darbinieki saskaras ar izdegšanu un kādas ir uzņēmuma vadlīnijas izdegšanas menedžmentā, un piedāvāt priekšlikumus ko uzņēmumā būtu nepieciešams uzlabot un pilnveidot. Bakalaura darbu sastāda ievads , trīs nodaļas, secinājumi, priekšlikumi, izmantotā literatūra un pielikuma daļa. Pirmajā nodaļā tiks veikta teorētiskā analīze, otrajā nodaļā autore veica aprakstu par uzņēmumu un trešajā nodaļā uzņēmumu darbinieku un vadītāju analīzi. Darba apjoms ir 62 lappuses, neieskaitot ievietotos pielikumus. Darbā ir ievietoti 28 attēli, 1 tabula, 3 pielikumi un izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksts, kas sastāv no 3 lapām.

In the bachelor's thesis, "Staff Burnout in a Manufacturing Company: The Case of SIA "SECES KOKS", the author of the thesis studies and analyzes whether production employees are also prone to burnout and what the company does to prevent employees from experiencing burnout, based on the opinions and assessments of production employees and production managers. The goal of the bachelor's thesis is, based on the research conducted on employee burnout, to analyze and assess whether employees in a manufacturing company experience burnout and what the company's guidelines for burnout management are, and to offer proposals for what the company needs to improve and develop. The bachelor's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, proposals, used literature and an appendix. The first chapter will provide a theoretical analysis, the second chapter will describe the company, and the third chapter will analyze the employees and managers of the company. The volume of the thesis is 62 pages, not including the appendices. The thesis contains 28 images, 1 table, 3 appendices and a list of used literature and sources, which consists of 3 pages.
