Abstract

Bakalura darba tēma ir “LEAN kā uzņēmuma AS ”Valmieras stikla šķiedra” darbības uzlabošanas rīks tekstila ražotnē”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt LEAN metožu pielietošanas praksi uzņēmuma AS “Valmieras stikla šķiedra” tekstila ražotnē un izvirzīt priekšlikumus LEAN metožu pielietošanas uzlabošanas iespējām. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā autors veic literatūras referatīvo analīzi, pēta LEAN teorētiskos aspektus un apkopo informāciju par LEAN metodēm un rīkiem. Otrajā nodaļā autors sniedz pētāmā uzņēmuma darbības raksturojumu un iepazīstina ar uzņēmumā izmantotajām LEAN metodēm un rīkiem. Trešajā nodaļā autors analizē tekstila ražotnes vadības komandas un darbinieku domas par 5S metodes pielietošanu, kā arī noskaidro zināšanu līmeni par dažām ražotnē pielietotajām LEAN metodēm. Noslēgumā autors apkopo secinājumus un sniedz priekšlikumus 5S projektu turpmākai īstenošanas uzlabošanai, kā arī citu LEAN rīku pielietošanas uzlabošanas iespējām tekstila ražotnē. Darba gaitā iegūtās atziņas ļaus AS ”Valmieras stikla škiedra” vadības komandai saskatīt problēmas, kuras rodas veicot izmaiņas darbinieku ierastajā ikdienā uzsākot pielietot LEAN rīkus un metodes un iespējamos risinājumus šo problēmu novēršanai nākotnē. Darba apjoms ir 73 lapas, tajā ir iekļautas 4 tabulas, 28 attēli un 63 literatūras avoti.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "LEAN as a tool for improving the performance of the company AS "Valmieras stikla šiedra" in the textile production". The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to investigate the practice of applying LEAN methods in the textile production plant of AS "Valmieras stikla šciedra" company and to put forward proposals for improving the application of LEAN methods. The bachelor thesis consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, the author conducts a referential analysis of the literature, studies the theoretical aspects of LEAN and gathers information about LEAN methods and tools. In the second chapter, the author provides a description of the company under study and introduces the LEAN methods used in the company.In the third chapter, the author analyzes the thoughts of the management team and employees of the textile factory about the application of the 5S method, as well as ascertains the level of knowledge about some of the LEAN methods used in the factory.
