dc.description.abstractThe research problem is to examine the implications of employee sense of tiredness on online casino companies. Online casino workers are vulnerable to a range of health issues, both mental and physical. Employees working in the field of online casinos must always treat their customers with the utmost respect The goal of this research is examining factors of employee sense of tiredness and the extension to which these factors influence the online casino industry as well as employee wellbeing. Moreover this research is also associated with the recognition of effective strategies to reduce the level of sense of tiredness among employees. Results have revealed that the factors associated with ineffective human resource policies, work relationships, workplace environment and job characteristics contribute into employee sense of tiredness and stress and reduce quality of work life.
