Uzņēmums STIGA RM, kas darbojas kokapstrādes nozarē, saskaras ar nepieciešamību pastāvīgi uzlabot savas darbības efektivitāti, lai paliktu konkurētspējīgs un nodrošinātu ilgtspējīgu attīstību. Efektīva uzņēmuma vadība un tās regulāra analīze var būtiski ietekmēt gan uzņēmuma finansiālos rezultātus, gan arī darbinieku apmierinātību un produktivitāti. Tāpēc ir svarīgi izpētīt un analizēt efektīvas metodes un pieejas, kas varētu tikt piemērotas uzņēmumā STIGA RM. In today's economic climate, effective management and analysis of companies is becoming increasingly important as competition in the marketplace continues to grow. STIGA RM, a company operating in the woodworking sector, is faced with the need to continuously improve the efficiency of its operations in order to remain competitive and ensure sustainable development. Effective management and regular analysis can have a significant impact on the company's financial performance as well as on employee satisfaction and productivity. It is therefore important to explore and analyse effective methods and approaches that could be applied at STIGA RM. The relevance of the chosen topic for the bachelor thesis is based on the fact that in today's fast-changing and competitive market, the ability of companies to effectively manage processes and make decisions is critical for their survival and development. As one of the leading Latvian wood processing companies, STIGA RM faces increasing competitive pressure and the need to constantly adapt to market demands, so effective research and timely analysis of methods for further decision-making can make a significant contribution to its long-term success. Moreover, in the light of global economic challenges and technological developments, companies need to be flexible and able to react quickly to change, which makes this topic particularly relevant.
