Uzņēmuma SIA "Piebalgas" darbība un konkurētspējas analīze

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma „Uzņēmuma “Piebalgas” ražošanas apjoma plānošana” ir īpaši aktuāla ārējās vides augstā ātruma izmaiņu noteikumos. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir veikt kokapstrādes nozares analīzi un uzņēmuma “Piebalgas” saimnieciskās darbības rezultātu novērtējumu, uz kā pamata izstrādāt uzņēmuma “Piebalgas” ražošanas plāna pilnveidošanas priekšlikumus. Darba struktūra veidojas no trim nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā „Kokapstrādes uzņēmumu ražošanas un produkcijas realizācijas plānošana” autore raksturo plānošanas lomu uzņēmumos, noskaidro ražošanas un produkcijas realizācijas plānošanas vietu uzņēmuma kopējā plānošanas sistēmā, apraksta pieejas uzņēmuma ražošanas programmas izstrādei. Otrajā nodaļā „Latvijas un ES kokapstrādes tirgus analīze” tiek dots Latvijas kokapstrādes tirgus apjoma, struktūras un segmentācijas raksturojums, tiek veikta Latvijas un ES kokapstrādes tirgu reglamentējošo dokumentu analīze, raksturotas Latvijas kokapstrādes tirgus attīstības problēmas un tendences. Pēdējā nodaļā „Uzņēmuma „Piebalgas” efektivitāti ietekmējošo ārējo faktoru analīze un ražošanas apjoma plānošanas procesa modelēšana” ir veikts uzņēmuma „Piebalgas” darbības raksturojums, analizēti uzņēmuma „Piebalgas” darbības efektivitāti raksturojošie rādītāji, kā rezultātā piedāvāta uzņēmuma „Piebalgas” ražošanas programmas optimizācija. Bakalaura darba rezultāti var būt aktuāli Latvijas kokapstrādes tirgus dalībniekiem. Bakalaura darbs uzrakstīts uz 80 lpp., un iekļauj 17 attēlus, 19 tabulas, 6 formulas un 7 pielikumus. The Bachelor’s Thesis theme ‘Company’s ‘Piebalgas’ production capacity’s planning’ is topical in the conditions of external environment’s high speed changes. The aim of the Bachelor’s Thesis is to conduct the analysis of woodworking industry, to provide the evaluation of company’s ‘Piebalgas’ business results and on its basis to provide the suggestions of company’s ‘Piebalgas’ production plan improvement. The Bachelor’s Thesis structure consists of three chapters. In the first chapter of the Bachelor’s Thesis ‘The production and products sales planning of the woodworking enterprises’ the author describes the mean of planning in enterprise activity, identifies the place of production and products sales planning in enterprise’s planning system, describes the approaches for development of the enterprise’s production programme. In the second chapter of the Bachelor’s Thesis ‘The analysis of woodworking market in Latvia and EU’ the description of Latvian woodworking market capacity, structure and segmentation is given, the analysis of Latvian and EU woodworking market regulating documents is conducted, Latvian wodworking market development problems and tendencies are described. In the last chapter of the Bachelor’s Thesis ‘The analysis of the company’s ‘Piebalgas’ efficiency affecting external factors and the modelling of the production capacity planning process’ the business of the company ‘Piebalgas’ is described, the results of company ‘Piebalgas’ business efficiency are analyzed, as a result the optimization of company’s ‘Piebalgas’ production programme is provided. The results of the Bachelor’s Thesis are topical for the participants of Latvian woodworking market. The Bachelor’s Thesis is written on 80 pages and includes 17 pictures, 19 tables, 6 equations and 7 appendixes. Key words: production plan, production process, strategy, woodworking
