Izglītības iestādes vadības iespējas veicināt skolotāju darba kvalitāti

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt izglītības iestādes vadības iespējas sekmēt skolotāja darba kvalitāti, apzināt un ieteikt rīkus skolotāju darba kvalitātes uzlabošanai. Maģistra darba apjoms 89 lapas un 3 pielikumi. Pētījuma 1. nodaļā veikta teorētiskā izpēte - apzināta skolotāja kvalitatīva darba izpratne, analizēti darba kvalitātes ietekmējošie elementi un izglītības iestādes vadības ietekme uz skolotāja darbu. 2. un 3. nodaļa aptver empīriskās daļas pētījumu, kurā tiek analizēta izglītības iestādes vadības mijiedarbība un personiskā iesaiste, izglītības iestādes darba vide un sadarbības iespējas, skolotāja personības un pašrefleksijas jautājumi, skolotāju profesionālā pilnveide. Pētījumā izmantotas zinātniskās literatūras un jaunāko pētījumu analīze, kvantitatīvā datu ieguves metode – aptauja. Datu analīzei izmantota aprakstošās un secinošās statistikas metodes. Darba nobeigumā apkopoti secinājumi atspoguļo darba zinātnisko un praktisko novitāti, kas sevī ietver SEM un vērtībizglītību, skolotāja darba kvalitātes uzlabošanai. The aim of the master's thesis is to research the possibilities of the management of the educational institution to promote the quality of the teacher's work, to identify and recommend tools for improving the quality of the teacher's work. The volume of the master's thesis is 89 pages and 3 appendices. In the 1st chapter of the study, theoretical research was carried out - the understanding of the quality of the teacher's work today was identified, the elements affecting the quality of the work were analysed, the influence of the management of the educational institution on the work of the teacher was analysed. Chapters 2 and 3 cover the empirical part of the study, which analyses the interaction and personal involvement of the management of the educational institution, the working environment of the educational institution and opportunities for cooperation, issues of the teacher's personality and self-reflection, professional development of teachers. The research uses the analysis of scientific literature and the latest research, quantitative data collection method - survey. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used for data analysis. The conclusions gathered at the end reflect the scientific and practical novelty of the work, which includes SEM and value education, for improving the quality of the teacher's work.
