E-mācību kurss dokumentu digitalizācijā skolu bibliotekāriem

Abstract

Maģistra darbā “E-mācību kurss dokumentu digitalizācijā skolu bibliotekāriem” ir izstrādāts un aprobēts e-mācību kurss Moodle platformā skolu bibliotekāriem pašvadītai apguvei par dokumentu digitalizēšanu, balstoties uz andragoģijas teoriju par pieaugušo izglītības pamatprincipiem, heitagoģijas teoriju par pašvadītu un autonomo mācīšanos un mikromācīšanās pieeju, lai sekmētu skolu bibliotekāru profesionālo pilnveidi un mūžizglītības iespējas dokumentu digitalizācijas jomā. Pētījumā tika pielietots secīgais pētījuma dizains un satura analīzes metode face-validity. Pētījumā tiek noskaidrots e-mācību kursa jēdziens un būtība, tā izstrādes nosacījumi un iekļaujamie elementi. Rezultātā tika izstrādāts e-mācību kurss, kā arī praktiskas shēmas, kas raisa izpratni par terminoloģiju, e-mācību kursa izveidi un iekļaujamajiem elementiem. In the master's thesis “E-Learning Course on Digitalization of Documents for School Librarians” an e-learning course has been developed and approbated on the Moodle platform for self-directed learning of document digitalization for school librarians, based on the theory of andragogy on the basic principles of adult education, the theory of heutagogy on self-directed and autonomous learning and the micro-learning approach, in order to promote the professional development of school librarians and opportunities for lifelong learning in the field of digitalization of documents. The sequential research design and content analysis method face-validity were used in the study. The study finds out the concept and meaning of the e-learning course, the conditions for its development and the elements to be included. As a result, an e-learning course was developed, as well as practical schemes that raise awareness of the terminology, the development of an e-learning course and the elements to be included.
