| dc.description.abstract | Margaritas Bušmenkovas bakalaura darba temats: "Latvijas komercbanku pakalpojumu analīze”.
Darba mērķis: ir uz Latvijas komercbanku pakalpojumu un to dinamikas analīzes pamata, izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus banku pakalpojumu pilnveidošanai.
Darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām un pirmajā nodaļā apkopota informācija par Latvijas komercbanku pakalpojumiem veidiem.
Otrā nodaļa veltīta komercbanku piedāvāto pakalpojumu dinamiku un to analīzei, izmantojot gan dažādus Latvijas Bankas apkopotos datus, gan atsevišķu banku veiktos pētījumus, FKTK publikācijas, komercbankas mājas lapus, kā arī apkopoti dažādu ekspertu viedokļi .
Darba trešajā nodaļā aprakstīts autores veiktais pētījums, kura ietvaros tikai veikta 102 respondentu anketēšana, lai izzinātu, kurus no banku piedāvātajiem pakalpojumiem tie izmanto un kāda ir šo pakalpojumu loma respondentu dzīvē.
Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 64lpp, tas ietver 5 tabulas, 25 attēlus un tā izstrādē izmantoti 54 literatūras avoti, 14 pielikumi. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The Topic of the Bachelor paper of Margarita Bushmenkova: “Analysis of the services of Latvian Commercial banks”.
The aim of the Bachelor paper: is based on dynamics analysis of the services of Latvian Commercial bank, draw conclusions and develop proposals for the improvement of banking services.
The Bachelor paper consists of three parts. The first part compiled information on Latvian commercial banks types of services.
There is an analysis of the services of the Latvian banks in the second part. It was made by using data from the Bank of Latvia data base, researches of different Latvian banks, FKTK publications, experts’ and bank home page.
In the third part of the Bachelor paper there is a discription of the survey made by an author, in which 102 respondents took part and answered the questions. The aim of the survey was to discover which banking services respondents use and what is the role of these services in respondents’ life.
The Bachelor paper consists of 64 pages, 5 tables and 25 pictures. 54 literature sources were used in the course of writing, 14 annex. | en_US |
