Abstract

Maģistra darba nosaukums ir „Finanšu analīzes loma uzņēmuma vadībā”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz teorētisko un praktisko materiālu, izpētīt finanšu analīzes saistību ar uzņēmuma pārvaldību, izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma „KRAV” finanšu rādītāju uzlabošanai un lēmumu pieņemšanai. Darba pirmajā nodaļā tiek apkopota finanšu vadības un finanšu analīzes teorētiskie aspekti, kā arī noteikta finanšu analīzes nepieciešamība uzņēmuma pārvaldībā. Otrajā nodaļā autore izstrādāja finanšu analīzes metodoloģiju, uz kā pamatā trešajā nodaļā tiek veikta uzņēmuma „KRAV” finanšu analīze par laika periodu no 2008. gada līdz 2011. gadam. Darba noslēgumā autore piedāvā savas idejas esošas situācijas uzlabošanai un nākotnes lēmumu pieņemšanai. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 91 lappuses, kas sastāv no 3 daļām un 3 pielikumiem. Darbā ir izmantotas 15 tabulas, 18 attēli un 32 formulas.

The name of master’s work is “The Financial Analysis Role in Enterprise Management”. The aim of this work is, based on theoretical and practical material, to discover connection between the financial analysis and the enterprise management, to develop proposals for „KRAV” enterprise improvements and decision – making. In the first part of this work is a generalized theoretical aspect of the financial management and financial analysis, as well as determined the necessary of financial analysis in the enterprise management. The second part contains methodology developed by author. The third part contains the financial analysis „KRAV” enterprise for the period from 2008 till 2011, based in the developed methodology. In conclusion of the work, the author offers ideas for improving the situation today and decision – making in the future. This work consists of 91 pages including 3 parts and 3 attachments. This work author uses 15 tables, 18 images and 32 formulas.
