Materiālā un nemateriālā darbinieku motivācija uzņēmumā "X"

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Materiālā un nemateriālā darbinieku motivācija uzņēmumā SIA „X””. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt darbinieku motivāciju uzņēmumā, kas motivē darbiniekus un sniegt priekšlikumus motivācijas pilnveidošanai uzņēmumā SIA „X”. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 4 nodaļām. Pirmajā un otrajā nodaļā ir apskatīti motivācijas teorētiskie aspekti, motivācijas veidi un motivācijas nozīme uzņēmējdarbībā. Trešajā un ceturtajā nodaļā tiek veikts pētījums par darbinieku motivāciju uzņēmumā SIA „X”. Pēc pētījumā iegūtajiem rezultātiem ir izdarīti secinājumi un sniegti priekšlikumi uzņēmuma SIA „X” darbinieku motivācijas pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 72 lpp., tajā skaitā 36 attēli, 4 tabulas un 1 pielikums. Atslēgvārdi: motivācija, vajadzības, demotivācija, anketēšana, pilnveidošana.

The topic of this Bachelor’s thesis is ‘Material and non-material employees’ motivation in the X Ltd.’. The aim of this Bachelor’s thesis is to study the employees’ motivation in the X Ltd., what are the types of motivation and to propose suggestions for improving the employees’ motivation in the X Ltd. This Bachelor thesis consists of four chapters. The theoretical aspects of motivation, the types of motivation and the meaning of motivation importance are considered in the first and the second chapter. A research on employees’ motivation in the X Ltd. is carried out in the third and four chapter. According to the results attained from the research, conclusions have been drawn and suggestions of improving the employees’ motivation in the X Ltd. have been proposed. This Bachelor’s thesis consists of 72 pages, including 36 images, 4 tables and 1 appendix. Key words: motivation, needs, demotivation, survey, development.
