Ģimenes un pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes sadarbība pirmā vecumposma bērnu adaptācijas veicināšanai

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba autore: Agnese Bērzkalne Kvalifikācijas darba tēma: „Ģimenes un pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes sadarbība pirmā vecumposma bērnu adaptācijas veicināšanai” Kvalifikācijas darba zinātniskā vadītāja: Mag. Paed. Jolanta Kriščune Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis: teorētiski un praktiski analizēt, pētīt agrīnā vecumposma adaptācijas veicināšanas paņēmienus pirmsskolā sadarbībā ar ģimeni. Pētījuma jautājums: Kā skolotāja un ģimenes sadarbība spēj ietekmēt bērna adaptācijas veicināšanu pirmajā vecumposmā? Kvalifikācijas darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek apskatītas autoru atziņas par adaptācijas jēdziena skaidrojumu pedagoģiskajā kontekstā, tiek raksturota adaptācija pirmsskolā, aplūkots pirmā vecumposma raksturojums, kā arī paņēmieni kā sadarbība starp ģimeni un skolotājiem veicina bērna adaptāciju. Empīriskajā daļā tiek izmantotas vairākas pētniecības metodes – aptauja, lai noskaidrotu pirmsskolas izglītības X vecāku pieredzi ar bērnu adaptācijas procesu pirmajā vecumposmā, pirmā vecumposma X grupas vecāku anketēšanu, lai starp skolotājām un vecākiem rastos sadabība un labāk iepazīts bērns, kā arī novērojums, lai izprastu, kā skolotāju un ģimenes sadarbība ietekmē pirmā vecumposma bērnu adaptāciju. Darba nobeigumā ir apkopoti secinājumi un izstrādāti ieteikumi ar kuru palīdzību vecāki var aktīvi iesaistīties bērnu adaptācijas veicināšanā. Apkopojot pētījumā iegūtos rezultātus ir saprotams, ka vecākiem un pirmsskolai sadarbojoties bērns pie jaunajiem apstākļiem pierod veiksmīgāk. Kvalifikācijas darbs sastāv no 52 lapām, 1 tabulas, 11 attēliem, 4 pielikumiem. Darbā izmantoti 31 literatūras avots. Research question: How can the cooperation between the teacher and the family influence the promotion of the child's adaptation in the young preschools age? In the theoretical part of the qualification work, the author's findings on the explanation of the concept of adaptation in the pedagogical context are examined, adaptation in preschool is described, the characteristics of the young preschool age are examined, as well as the methods of cooperation between the family and teachers that contribute to the adaptation of the child. In the empirical part, several research methods are used - a survey to find out the experience of parents of preschool education X with the process of adaptation of children in the young preschool age, questionnaires of parents of the X group of the young preschool age, in order to create commonality between teachers and parents and get to know the child better, as well as observation to understand, how the cooperation of teachers and family influences the adaptation of children of the young preschool age. At the end of the work, the conclusions and recommendations are drawn up, with the help of which parents can be actively involved in promoting children's adaptation. Summarizing the results obtained in the study, it is clear that when parents and preschool cooperate, the child gets used to the new conditions more successfully.
