U8 – U9 basketbolistu divpunkta metiena izpildes ietekmējošie faktori

Abstract

Šis kvalifikācijas darbs ir par basketbola divpunkta metiena izpildes ietekmējošajiem faktoriem. Kvalifikācijas darba pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt un analizēt basketbola divpunkta metiena tehniku, secināt, kas ietekmē metiena precizitāti treniņprocesa laikā, 8-9 gadu vecu zēnu vidū. Pētījuma laikā gūt atziņas par divpunkta metiena precizitāti noteiktā vecumposmā un secināt audzēkņu precizitātes kāpumus un kritumus noteikto uzdevumu analīzē. Pētnieciskajā darbā piedalījās 10 respondenti (zēni) no basketbola skolas “X”. Pētnieciskais darbs tika veikts četru nedēļu ietvarā. Kopumā tika veikti četru metiena veidu uzdevumi, katram veltot nedēļu. Nedēļas noslēgumā rezultāti tika apkopoti un aprēķināti procentos. Kvalifikācijas darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek apskatīts divpunkta metiens un tā tehnika, basketbola metiena tehnika, basketbola metiens lēcienā no vidējās distances, vecumposma īpatnības, vecumposma specifika. Kvalifikācijas darba empīriskajā daļā tiek apskatīta pētījuma metodoloģija, respondentu raksturojums, pozīciju vietas no kādām tiek izpildīti metieni, pētījuma uzdevumi un to analīze, kā arī aptaujas rezultāti. Sākotnēji spēlētāju sniegums tiek novērots, bet pēc tam analizēts. Šī pētījuma treniņprocesa laikā respondentiem tiek uzdoti četri uzdevumi. Visaugstākais precizitātes rādītājs (73,6 %) tika uzrādīts 1. uzdevuma divpunkta metienā pēc savas sagatavošanās. Savukārt viszemākais precizitātes rādītājs (52,9 %) tika uzrādīts 4. uzdevumā, kas ir metiens lēcienā pēc diviem dribliem. Galvenais secinājums- basketbola divpunkta metiena realizācijas ietekmējošie faktori nav atkarīgi tikai no fiziskā un tehniskā aspekta, bet gan arī no psiholoģiskajiem aspektiem. Izpildot vairākus metienus spēlētājiem zūd koncentrēšanās līmenis, rezultātā strauji krītas metiena precizitāte. This qualification work is about the factors affecting the performance of the basketball two-point shot. The purpose of the qualification research is to investigate and analyze the technique of the basketball two-point shot, to conclude what affects the accuracy of the shot during the training process, among 8-9-year-old boys. During the research, to gain knowledge about the accuracy of the two-point shot at a certain age and to conclude the ups and downs of students' accuracy in the analysis of the given tasks. 10 respondents (boys) from basketball school "X" participated in the research work. The research work was carried out within four weeks. In total, four throwing types of tasks were performed, devoting a week to each. At the end of the week, the results were summarized and calculated as a percentage. The theoretical part of the qualification work examines the two-point shot and its technique, basketball shot technique, basketball shot in a jump from the middle distance, age-specific features, age-specific features. The empirical part of the qualification work examines the methodology of the study, the characteristics of the respondents, the positions from which the throws are performed, the tasks of the study and their analysis, as well as the results of the survey. Initially, the performance of the players is observed and then analyzed. During the training process of this study, respondents are given four tasks. The highest accuracy rate (73.6%) was shown in the two-point shot of task 1 after self-preparation. On the other hand, the lowest accuracy rate (52.9%) was shown in task 4, which is a jump shot after two dribbles. The main conclusion - the factors affecting the realization of the basketball two-point shot do not depend only on the physical and technical aspects, but also on the psychological aspects. When performing several shots, players lose their concentration level, as a result of which the accuracy of the shot drops rapidly. .
