Preventīvie klasvadības paņēmieni bērncentrētā klasē

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā "Preventīvie klasvadības paņēmieni bērncentrētā klasē" tiek risināta aktuāla problēma, kas saistīta ar skolēnu uzvedību mācību stundās un tās ietekmi uz mācību procesa efektivitāti. Pētījuma mērķis ir pārbaudīt, vai, ieviešot preventīvos klasvadības paņēmienus un veidojot bērncentrētu vidi klasē, skolēnu uzvedības problēmas mazinās. Autore ir apkopojusi vairāku bērncentrēta virziena autoru teorijas, piemēram, K. Rodžera, T. Gordona un R. Dreikura, lai veidotu teorētisko pamatu pētījumam, kā arī izpētījusi 1. klases skolēnu vecuma īpatnības. Pētījuma gaitā autore vēro un fiksē skolēnu uzvedību, izmantojot R. Dreikura izstrādāto 4 neuzvedības mērķu klasifikāciju. Balstoties uz autoru teorētiskajām atziņām, tiek izvēlētas atbilstošākās preventīvo pasākumu metodes, kā arī veidota bērncentrēta klase - skolēniem uzņemoties iniciatīvu vides veidošanā, mācību procesa virzībā, pasākumu plānošanā, tādējādi piedaloties savas mācību vides veidošanā. Autore ievieš praksē arī uzvedības korekcijas metodes, piemēram, pārrunas, piedāvājot skolēnam izvēlēties pozitīvus uzvedības modeļus vai piemēro loģiskās sekas. Pētījuma rezultāti daļēji apstiprina hipotēzi, ka preventīvie pasākumi bērncentrētā klasē mazina uzvedības problēmas, taču skolēnu uzvedību un mācību procesam veltīto laiku būtiski ietekmē arī tādi faktori, kā bērnu fiziskā un kognitīvā attīstība un citi. Kopējais darba apjoms ir 55 lapas, 4 tabulas, 30 attēli, 8 pielikumi, 31 kopējās izmantotās literatūras un avotu skaits.

The bachelor's thesis "Preventive classroom management techniques in a child-centered classroom" addresses a current issue related to student behavior during lessons and its impact on the effectiveness of the learning process. The aim of the research is to examine whether the introduction of preventive classroom management techniques and the creation of a child-centered classroom environment can reduce student behavior problems. The author has compiled theories from several child-centered approach authors, such as K. Rogers, T. Gordon, and R. Dreikur, to establish the theoretical foundation for the research and has also explored the developmental characteristics of first grade students. During the study, the author observes and records student behavior using R. Dreikur's classification of the four goals of misbehavior. Based on the theoretical insights of the authors, the most appropriate preventive measures are selected, and a child-centered classroom is created, where students take the initiative in creating the environment, guiding the learning process, and planning activities, thereby participating in the creation of their own learning environment. The author also employs correction methods such as discussions, offering students positive behavior models, and logical consequence reasoning. Implemented correction methods, such as discussions and the provision of positive behavior models, promote positive behavior and the development of positive learning environment. The results of the study partially confirm the hypothesis that preventive measures in a child-centered classroom reduce behavior problems, however, student behavior and the time dedicated to the learning process are significantly influenced by factors such as children's physical and cognitive development, among others. The total work is 55 pages, 54 tables, 30 pictures, 8 annexes, 31 total number of literature and sources used.
