Norēķinu karšu darījumi internetā un to salīdzinājums ar Eiropas Savienības Valstīm

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir norēķinu kartes un to salīdzinājums ar Eiropas Savienības valstīm. Strauji attīstoties Interneta iespējām, arvien pieaug Interneta veikalu un pakalpojumu skaits un palielinās arī norēķinu iespējas, veicot pirkumus Internetā. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot norēķinu iespējas u drošību norēķiniem ar karti Latvijā un Eiropā. Galvenie uzdevumi mērķa sasniegšanai ir izpētīt elektronisko norēķinu veidus, norēķīnu iespējas un drošības pasākumus Internetā Latvijā un ārzemēs un Interneta veikalu reģistrēšanas pasākumus. Darbs sastāv no 4 nodaļām, kur pirmajās divās ir apskatītas karšu norēķinu sistēmas un elektronisko maksājumu norēķināšanas veidi, populārākais norēķinu veids, kā arī Interneta lietotāju un nelietotāju viedoklis par elektroniskajiem maksājumiem. Trešajā nodaļa ir izpētīts Latvijas un ārzemju Interneta tirgus. Pakalpojumu un Interneta veikalu norēķināsanās iespēju apkopojums un analīze. Ceturtā nodaļa atspoguļo Interneta veikala izveidošānas nosacījumus un darījumu aizsardzības sistēmas, lai norēķini būtu drošāki gan no klientu, gan no tirgotāju puses. Bakalaura darbā ir secināts, ka Latvijas Interneta veikalos reti tiek piedāvāti norēķini Internetā, jo ir nepieciešami lieli ieguldījumi no bankas puses, pastāv augstas komisijas tirgotājiem, citi norēķinu veidi ir drošāki. Ārzemju Interneta veikalos ir ierobežotas preču piegādes iespējas uz Latviju vai piegāde uz Latviju netiek nodrošināta. Bankām un Interneta veikaliem vajadzētu veicināt norēķinu karšu izmantošanas iespējas Internetā, piedāvājot gan Interneta, gan darījumu aisardzības sistēmās. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 72 lapām, 10 tabulām, 14 attēliem un 1 pielikuma.

A bachelor work theme is internet payment cards and their comparison with the European Union states. Internet is quickly developing for possibilities, and the amount of Internet shops and services are still multiplied, and the possibilities, executing purchases in the Internet calculations, are also multiplied. Purpose of this work - to find out the possibilities of payment cards and their safety in Latvia and Europe. Main tasks for achieving a purpose - to explore the types of electronic payments, possibilities of payments and safety of payments in the Internet in Latvia and in a foreign country, and terms of registration of an Internet shop. Work consists of 4 sections, in the first two the systems and types of electronic payments are considered, the most popular types of payments, and also opinions of people who are using and not using the Intenet payments. In the third section the Internet market of Latvia and other countries is explored. Also, the possibilities of calculation for services and purchases in the internet shops are analized. A fourth section represents the terms of creation of the Internet shop and safety systems, protecting transactions, so that payments were safer both for the client and for the salesman. In the process of writing this work a conclusion has been made, that in Latvia, the Internet shops rarely offere the Internet payment options, because of the large investments are needed from the side of the lokal banks, there are high commissions for salespeople too, and other types of calculations are considered safer. In many overseas Internet shops the possibilities of delivering of commodities to Latvia are limited or the delivery is not well-to-do in general. The Banks and the Internet shops would need to be more open in the possibilitys of the use of payment cards in the Internet, offering the protective systems of the Internet transactions.
