| dc.description.abstract | Pārmaiņas notiek neatkarīgi no tā, gribam mēs to vai nē, un nevadāmas un neplānotas pārmaiņas, uzņēmumam, var būt iznīcinoši bīstamas. Tā tad būtiski vadīt vai radīt pārmaiņas, lai apsteigtu tās un radītu uzņēmumam konkurences priekšrocības strauji mainīgajā ekonomikā. Maģistra darba „Pārmaiņu vadība Latvijas kokapstrādes uzņēmumos” mērķis ir pārmaiņu vadības modeļa izstrāde, kas palīdzētu uzņēmumiem līdzsvaroti attīstīties, kā arī veidotu vidi, kurā uzņēmums rada un vada pārmaiņas. Pētījumā tika analizēta kokapstrādes nozare, nozares ekspertu viedoklis, pārmaiņu būtība un vadīšana. Maģistra darba rezultātā autors izstrādājis decentralizētas pārmaiņu vadības modeli, apkopojis secinājumus un priekšlikumus decentralizētas pārmaiņu vadības modeļa izstrādei un ieviešanai kokapstrādes uzņēmumos. | dc.description.abstract | Change happens, whether we want it or not, and unmanageable, unintended changes for the company can be destructively hazardous. Therefore it is important to drive or even create significant changes in order to overhaul them and to create a competitive advantage for the company in a rapidly changing economy. Objective of Master's thesis "Change management Latvian woodworking industry enterprises” was to carry out the model of change management which could help to develop for the company in a balanced way, as well as create an environment in which the company could cause and manage the changes. In the study is carried out the analysis of woodworking industry and industry expert opinion, as well as content of changes and management. Author of Master's work in a result has developed a model of decentralized change management, and has resumed the conclusions and proposals for the development and implementation of decentralized change management model in woodworking industry enterprises.
