Bērnu gatavību skolai veicinoša pedagogu un vecāku sadarbība

Abstract

Darba autore Liene Štāla ir izstrādājusi kvalifikācijas darbu “Bērnu gatavību skolai veicinoša pedagogu un vecāku sadarbība”. Pētījuma mērķis ir teorētiski noskaidrot un praktiski pārbaudīt 3.vecumposma bērnu sagatavošanu skolai veicinošus vecāku un pedagogu sadarbības nosacījumus un bērnu sagatavošanu skolai. Teorētiskā daļa sastāv no divām apakšnodaļām. Pirmajā tiks apkopota un analizēta zinātniskā literatūra par bērnu gatavību skolai raksturojošām izpausmēm un faktoriem, kas ietekmē bērnu gatavību skolai. Savukārt, otrajā apakšnodaļā analizēta sadarbība ar vecākiem, tās organizācijas nosacījumi, saturs un ietekme uz bērnu gatavību skolai. Empīriskajā daļā ir veikts pētījums, izmantojot vairākas pētījuma metodes – analīzi, anketēšanu, intervēšanu, pedagoģisko vērojumu un pedagoģisko izmēģinājuma darbību. Pētījuma rezultātā ir definētas galvenās vecāku un pedagogu sadarbības problēmas praksē, apzināti iespējamie risinājumi, kā veicināt pedagogu un vecāku sadarbību, lai 3.pirmsskolas izglītības vecumposma bērnus veiksmīgi sagatavotu skolai. Darba noslēgumā apkopoti galvenie pētījuma secinājumi un ieteikumi sadarbības sekmēšanai. Darbs sastāv no 45 lapaspusēm, 11 pielikumiem, tai skaitā, 9 attēliem, 2 tabulām. Darba izstrādē izmantoti 24 literatūras un citi avoti. Atslēgas vārdi: gatavība skolai, komunikācija, pirmsskolas pedagogi, sadarbība, vecāki.

The author of the paper, Liene Štāla, has developed the qualification work "Cooperation of pedagogues and parents promoting children's readiness for school". The purpose of the study is to theoretically find out and practically check the conditions of cooperation between parents and teachers and the preparation of children for school which promote the preparation of 3rd-year-old children for school. The theoretical part consists of two subsections. The first one will summarize and analyze the scientific literature on the manifestations characterizing children's readiness for school and factors affecting children's readiness for school. On the other hand, the second subsection analyzes cooperation with parents, its organizational conditions, content and impact on children's readiness for school. In the empirical part, a study has been conducted using several research methods - analysis, questionnaires, interviewing, pedagogical observation and pedagogical trial activity. As a result of the research, the main problems of cooperation between parents and teachers in practice have been defined, possible solutions have been identified, how to promote cooperation between teachers and parents in order to successfully prepare children of the 3rd preschool age for school. At the end of the work, the main research conclusions and recommendations for promoting cooperation are summarized. The work consists of 45 pages, 11 attachments, including, 9 pictures, 2 tables.
