Sākumskolas skolēnu mobings pret skolotāju

Abstract

Darba autore Sendija Jakševica. Bakalaura darba nosaukums: ” Sākumskolas skolēnu mobings pret skolotāju”. Darbs veikt ar mērķi novērot, analizēt un noskaidrot vai sākumskolas skolēni veic mobingu vai tā izpausmes pret skolotāju. Teorētiskajā daļā ir viena nodaļa ar septiņām apakšnodaļām, kurās, analizēta teorija aprakstīta mobing vēsture, tā izpausmes, izplatība sākumskolā un tā sekas. Veikts jēdzienu skaidrojums un aprakstītie iespējamie faktori, kas veicina sākumskolas skolēnu mobingu pret skolotāju. Empīriskās daļas ietvaros veikts pētījums par sākumskolas skolēnu mobinga izplatību pret skolotājiem. Empīriskā daļa sastāv no sešām apakšnodaļām, tajās tika veikta trešo, ceturto klašu skolēnu aptaujāšana ar mērķi noskaidrot vai sākumskolas skolēni veikuši mobingu vai tā izpausmes pret skolotāju. Katrai klašu grupai tika sastādīti četri jautājumi, atbildes uz tiem atklāj, ka sākumskolas skolēni veikuši dažādas mobinga izpausmes pret skolotāju. Aptauja skolotājiem sastādīta ar mērķi noskaidrot vai skolotāji zina, kas ir mobings, vai cietuši no tā, vai ir meklējuši palīdzību un zinājuši kur to meklēt. Aptaujātie sākumskolas skolotāji norāda, ka zina, kas ir mobings un ir ar to saskārušies, taču daļa skolotāju nav vērsušies pēc palīdzības, jo baidās. Veikta sākumskolas jaunākā vecuma skolēnu un skolotājas vērošana mācību stundās, ar mērķi noskaidrot sākumskolas skolēnu attieksmi un uzvedību pret skolotāju mācību stundās, skolotājas saskarsme ar skolēniem un klases vide kopumā. Novērojumi veikti deviņās mācību stundās, veikts novērojumu apraksts. Mācību stundās ir novērotas mobinga izpausmes. Mobingu tik īsā laika posmā nav iespējams pierādīt. Balstoties uz novērojumiem tika izstrādāti ieteikumi sākumskolas skolēnu mobinga pret skolotājiem mazināšanai. Ieteikumi tika realizēti. Pēc ieteikumu realizācijas tika veikta sākumskolas skolēnu mobinga un izpausmju atkārtota novērošana. Netiek novēroti uzlabojumi. Pētījuma darbs satur 25 lapaspuses, tajā ietilpsts 11 attēli un 4 tabulas. Bibliogrāfiskajā sarakstā ir 39 vienības. Darbam pievienoti 4 pielikumi. The author of the work is Sandija Jakševica. Bachelor thesis title: "Primary school students mobbing against the teacher". The work is to be carried out with the aim of observing, analyzing and finding out whether primary school students engage in mobbing or its manifestations against the teacher. The theoretical part has one chapter with seven subsections, in which the history of mobbing, its manifestations, prevalence in primary school and its consequences are described after analyzing the theory. An explanation of the concepts was carried out and the possible factors contributing to the mobbing of primary school students against the teacher were described. As part of the empirical part, a study was conducted on the prevalence of mobbing among primary school students against teachers. The empirical part consists of six subsections, in which a survey of third- and fourth-grade students was conducted with the aim of finding out whether primary school students committed mobbing or its manifestations against the teacher. Four questions were prepared for each group of classes, the answers to them reveal that the primary school students performed various forms of mobbing against the teacher. The survey for teachers was compiled with the aim of finding out whether teachers know what mobbing is, whether they have suffered from it, whether they have sought help and knew where to seek it. The surveyed primary school teachers state that they know what mobbing is and have encountered it, but some teachers have not sought help because they are afraid. Observation of junior primary school students and the teacher during lessons was carried out, with the aim of finding out the attitude and behavior of primary school students towards the teacher during lessons, the teacher's interaction with students and the classroom environment in general. Observations were made in nine lessons, a description of the observations was made. Manifestations of mobbing have been observed in classes. It is impossible to prove mobbing in such a short period of time. Based on the observations, recommendations were developed to reduce mobbing of primary school students against teachers. The recommendations were implemented. After the implementation of the recommendations, repeated observation of mobbing and manifestations of primary school students was carried out. No improvement is observed. The research work contains 25 pages, it includes 11 figures and 4 tables. There are 39 items in the bibliographic list. 4 appendices are attached to the work.
