Informācijas sistēmu nozīme biznesa procesos Basketbola komandā "Latvijas Universitāte"

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir „Informācijas sistēmu nozīme biznesa procesos basketbola komandā „Latvijas Universitāte” ”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir, izpētot esošo situāciju un biznesa procesus BK „LU”, izstrādāt priekšlikumus mājas lapas un sociālo tīklu efektīvākā, kas veicinātu finanšu piesaisti. Darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek analizēti biznesa procesi un informāciju sistēmas sportā, izmantojot teorētiskos materiālus. Otrajā nodaļā tiek raksturota esošā situācija biznesa procesos BK „LU”. Trešajā nodaļā tiek analizēti mājas lapas un sociālo kontu statistiskie dati, kā arī aptaujas un ekspertu intervijas iegūtie rezultāti. Maģistra darba noslēguma daļā tiek sniegti secinājumi par darbā izstrādātajiem pētijumiem un tiek izvirzīti priekšlikumi BK „LU” biznesa procesu uzlabošanā. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 95 lpp, 32 attēliem, 1 tabulas un 2 pielikumiem.

The theme of master’s work is „Information systems role in business processes of the Basketball team of University of Latvia” Master’s objective is studying the existing business processes Basketball team “University of Latvia” ( BK "LU") to provide proposals for improvement of the web site and the social networks, which will contribute to the financial accounts to the organisation. The work consists of three sections. The first chapter analyzes the business processes and information systems in sport, using the theoretical material. The second chapter describes the current situation in business processes BK "LU". The third chapter analyzes the web site and the social accounts statistics, as well as expert interviews and survey results. Master’s the final paragraph presents conclusions of the work developed for and it is proposed BK "LU" business process improvement. Master's thesis consists of 95 pages, 32 figures, 1 table and 2 attachments.
