Abstract

Darba autors - Diāna Tomsone Darba vadītājs - Ingūna Lāce Darba temats – Karjeras izglītības satura integrācija sākumskolas izglītības procesā Pētījuma mērķis - Teorētiski noskaidrot un empīriski pārbaudīt karjeras izglītības satura integrācijas nosacījumus sākumskolā Pētījuma uzdevumi - 1. Veikt teorētisko analīzi, lai noskaidrotu karjeras izglītības satura integrācijas nosacījumus darbā ar jaunākā vecumposma skolēniem. 2. Izstrādāt teorētiski pamatotus kritērijus un rādītājus jaunākā skolēna karjeras izglītības rezultātu noskaidrošanai. 3. Iepazīties ar Latvijas skolotāju pieredzi karjeras izglītības realizācijā sākumskolā. 4. Empīriski pārbaudīt karjeras izglītības satura realizāciju X sākumskolā. Hipotēze - Jaunākā skolēna karjeras attīstību ietekmē pedagoģiskie paņēmieni, kas nodrošina jaunāko skolēnu • Personisko spēju un interešu apzināšanu un novērtēšanu; • plānošanas un organizēšanas prasmju attīstību; • zināšanas un izpratni par dažādajā profesijām un to specifiku. Pētījuma metodes - Anketēšana, pedagoģiskais vērojums, intervija, pedagoģiskā izmēģinājuma darbība. Pirmajā bakalaura darba daļā veikta teorētiskā analīze, kurā analizēta karjeras izglītības būtība, sākumskolas skolēnu karjeras izpausmes kritēriji un rādītāji, kā arī karjeras izglītības satura integrēšanas nozīme mācību procesā, lai veiksmīgi attīstītos skolēnu personīgās karjeras vadības prasmes. Otrajā bakalaura darba daļā darba autore ir veikusi pētījumu, lai empīriski pārbaudītu karjeras izglītības satura integrācijas nosacījumus sākumskolā. Pētījuma ietvaros tika izstrādāta elektroniskā anketa un veikta anketēšana, izstrādāta novērošanas protokola veidlapa un veikts pedagoģiskais novērojums, pedagoģiskā izmēģinājuma darbība un organizētas intervijas ar sākumskolas skolotājiem. Darbs sastāv no 8 attēliem, 5 tabulām, 30 izmantotajiem avotiem, 65 lapaspusēm. Get acquainted with the experience of Latvian teachers in the implementation of career education in primary school. 4. Empirically check the implementation of career education content in X primary school. Hypothesis - The career development of the youngest schoolchildren is influenced by pedagogical techniques,which provides the youngest schoolchildren • identifying and evaluating personal abilities and interests; • development of planning and organizing skills; • knowledge and understanding of the various professions and their specifics. Research methodology - questionnaire survey, pedagogical observation, interview, pedagogical trial activity. In the first part of the bachelor thesis, a theoretical analysis was carried out,which analyzes the nature of career education,criteria and indicators of primary school schoolchildrens career expression,in order to successfully develop schoolchildrens personal career management skills. In the second part of the bachelor’s thesis, the author has conducted research,to empirically check the conditions of integration of career education content in primary school. As part of the study, an electronic questionnaire was developed and questionnaires survey were conducted, an observation protocol form was developed and a pedagogical observation was carried out,pedagogical trials activity and organized interviews with primar school teachers. The thesis consists of 8 images, 5 tables, 30 used sources of information, 65 pages.
