Abstract

Izpētīt pozitīvas uzvedības veicināšanu jaunākā sākumskolas vecuma skolēniem vispārizglītojošā skolā un izstrādāt ieteikumus, kā veicināt pozitīvu uzvedību skolēniem. Darba apjoms: 53 lpp., 24 attēli, 59 literatūras avoti, 4 pielikumi. Pētījuma saturs. Pētījums sastāv no ievada, divām nodaļām, secinājumiem, ieteikumiem un pielikumiem. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek analizēta teorētiskā literatūra, kurā tiek skatīta uzvedības definīcija un tās veicināšanas nozīme izglītībā, tiek pētīti jaunākā sākumskolas vecuma skolēnu uzvedības modeļi, kā arī pedagoģiskajās pieejas un metodes, kas veicina pozitīvu uzvedību jaunākā sākumskolas vecuma skolēnos, un izceļ pedagogu un vecāku lomu skolēnu uzvedības regulēšanā. Otrajā nodaļā tiek empīriski pētīts, kā veicināt pozitīvu uzvedību jaunākā sākumskolas vecuma skolēniem vispārizglītojošā skolā, izmantojot kvantitatīvās un kvalitatīvās pētījuma metodes – pedagogu un skolēnu anketēšanu, skolas administrācijas darbinieku intervēšanu un skolas atbalsta personāla fokusgrupas diskusiju. Pētījumā tiek analizēti iegūtie dati, lai saprastu skolēnu, pedagogu, atbalsta personāla un skolas administrācijas attieksmi un uztveri par pozitīvas uzvedības veicināšanu. Rezultātu apraksts. Pētījums pierādīja, ka pozitīvas uzvedības veicināšana ir svarīga skolēnu emocionālajai un akadēmiskajai attīstībai, norādot uz skolas, pedagogu un vecāku nozīmīgo lomu šajā procesā.

The aim of the work: To explore the promotion of positive behavior in younger primary school students in a general education school and develop recommendations for promoting positive behavior in students. Scope of the work: 53 pages, 24 pictures, 59 literature sources, 4 attachments. Content of the study: The study consists of introductory, two chapters, conclusions, recommendations and annexes. The first chapter analyses theoretical literature, which looks at the definition of behavior and the importance of promoting it in education, explores the behavioral patterns of younger primary-age pupils, as well as the pedagogical approaches and methods that encourage behavior in younger primary-age pupils, and highlights the role teachers and older pupils play in regulating behavior. The second chapter examines empirically what promotes behavior in the general education schools of younger primary school-age students, the quantitative and qualitative methods of study - the questioning of educators and pupils, the interviewing of school administration staff, and the support of staff focus group discussion. The study analyzes the findings to understand the attitudes and perceptions of pupils, educators, support staff and school administration about promoting positive behavior. Description of the results: The study proved that promoting positive behavior is important for the emotional and academic development of pupils, highlighting the significant role of the school, educators, and parents in this process.
