Abstract

Līga Āboltiņa Darba mērķis: Teorētiski un praktiski izzināt 5-6 gadus vecu bērnu kritiskās domāšanas veicināšanas iespējas saziņas kontekstā valodu mācību jomā. Pētījuma jautājums: Kā veicināma 5-6 gadus vecu bērnu kritiskā domāšana valodu mācību jomā saziņas kontekstā? Darba teorētiskajā daļā analizētas teorētiskās atziņas par 5-6 gadus vecu bērnu sasniedzamajiem rezultātiem valodu jomā saziņas kontekstā, kā arī par šī vecuma bērnu attīstības raksturojumu. Raksturota viena no caurviju prasmēm – kritiskā domāšana, kā arī bērnu saziņas veidošana valodu mācību jomā un metodes abu šo procesu attīstīšanai. Darba praktiskajā daļā tiek izstrādāti kritēriji bērnu saziņas un kritiskās domāšanas prasmju novērošanai, tiek veikta izmēģinājumdarbība, atlasot dažādas metodes un aktivitātes, apkopoti un salīdzināti sākotnējās un atkārtotās novērošanas rezultāti. Uz pētījuma jautājumu ir atbildēts, ka šīs prasmes ir uzlabojamas, ja tiek izmantotas dažādas atbilstošas metodes un aktivitātes – gan jautājumu uzdošana un atbildēšana uz tiem, gan iesaistīšanās dialogos, gan analizējot un vērtējot dažādus tekstus un situācijas, gan skaidrojot cēloņus un sekas, gan iesaistoties lomu rotaļās, ka šīm aktivitātēm jābūt regulārām, atbilstošām bērnu vecumam un interesēm. Līga Āboltiņa Purpose of work: To theoretically and practically find out the possibilities of encouraging critical thinking of 5-6-year-old children in the context of communication in the field of language learning. Research question: How to encourage critical thinking of 5-6-year-old children in the field of language learning in the context of communication? The theoretical part of the paper analyzes the theoretical knowledge about the achievable results of 5-6-year-old children in the field of language in the context of communication, as well as about the characteristics of the development of children of this age. One of the cross-cutting skills- critical thinking, as well as the formation of children`s communication in the field of language learning and methods for developing both of these processes- are described. In the practical part of the work, criteria for observing children`s communication and critical thinking skills are developed, trial activities are carried out by selecting different methods and activities, the results of initial and repeated observations are summarized and compared. The answer to the research question is that these skills can be improved if various appropriate methods and activities are used- asking and answering questions, engaging in dialogues, analyzing and evaluation different texts and situations, explaining causes and effects, and engaging in role plays, that these activities should be regular, appropriate to the children`s age and interests.
