Komunikācija starp treneri, vecākiem un spēlētāju saistībā ar basketbolista rezultativitātes rādītājiem

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba “Komunikācijas starp treneri, vecākiem un spēlētāju saistība ar basketbolista rezultativitātes rādītājiem” mērķis ir izpētīt un analizēt savstarpējās komunikācijas ietekmi uz spēlētāju rezultativitātes rādītājiem. Pētījumā piedalās 12-13 gadus veci zēni, basketbola U-14 komanda. Kvalifikācijas darba autore Ieva Apare. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 3 nodaļām, 11 apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīts Komunikācijas jēdziens un tā nozīme. Otrajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīta Latvijas basketbola attīstība, Latvijas jaunatnes basketbola līgas attīstība un apskatīti Latvijas labākie spēlētāji. Trešajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīts un analizēts empīriskais pētījums, izmantojot gan kvantitatīvo gan kvalitatīvo metodi. Izmantojot kvalitatīvo metodi, tika veikti 6 testi, 6 aptaujas, un, izmantojot kvantitatīvo metodi, tika analizēti konkrēti rezultāti metienu precizitātē, kurā apskatīju konkrētus rezultātus metieniem pēc caurgājiena, pustālajiem metieniem, trīspunktu un soda metieniem. Darba apjoms: 46 lapaspuses, un tas ietver 16 attēlus, 13 literatūras avotus, 10 pielikumus. Atslēgas vārdi: basketbols, psiholoģiskais treniņš, mērķi, pašpārliecinātība, komunikācija.

The purpose of the qualification work "Relationship of communication between coach, parents and players to basketball player's performance indicators" is to study and analyse the influence of mutual communication on the improvement of their shots. The participants of this study are12-13-year-old boys, U-14 basketball team. The author of the qualification thesis is Ieva Apare. The work consists of an introduction, 3 chapters, 11 subsections, conclusions. The first chapter describes the concept of Communication and its importance. The second chapter describes the development of Latvian basketball, the development of the Latvian youth basketball league and examines the best players in Latvia. The third chapter describes and analyzes empirical research using both quantitative and qualitative methods. Using the qualitative methods 6 tests, 6 Surveys. By using quantitative method analyzed specific results in the accuracy of basketball shoots, in which I looked at 5 major used shoots in basketball like free throws, shoots from middle distance, threepointers, and shoots made after layup (both sides). Thesis consists of 46 pages and includes 16 figures, 13 references, 10 attachments. Key words: basketball, mental training, know-how, goals, self-confidence, communication.
