Abstract

Kases aparāts ir viena no daudzajām nodokļu un citu maksājumu reģistrēšanas iekārtām, kurām ir svarīga loma gan valsts ekonomikā, gan arī uzņēmumu un klientu savstarpēja darījuma veikšanā. Valsts līmenī tas nodrošina nodokļu administrēšanu, automātiski aprēķinot darījuma pievienotās vērtības nodokli, kas palīdz valstij pieprasīt precīzu nodokļu summu no uzņēmumiem. Kases aparāti palīdz cīnīties pret ēnu ekonomiku, reģistrējot katru darījumu elektroniskajā kontrollentē un kontroles datnē, kas samazina iespēju slēpt uzņēmuma patiesos ienākumus. Kā arī uzskaitītie dati palīdz veikt datu analīzi ekonomikā un identificēt potenciālas nodokļu nemaksāšanas problēmas. Uzņēmumiem kases aparāti palīdz uzskaitīt finanses, precīzi sekot līdzi ieņēmumiem, izmaksām un produktu krājumiem, kā arī nodrošina kases operatoriem ērtu vidi, lai ātri un efektīvi var apkalpot klientus. Savukārt klientiem nodrošina čeku, kas ir detalizēts pārskats par pirkumu un juridisks pierādījums par darījuma veikšanu, kas ļauj atgriezt vai mainīt preci, ja tā ir brāķēta vai rodas citas problēmas. Šī kvalifikācijas darba mērķis ir izstrādāt šobrīd spēkā esošajiem Ministru kabineta noteikumiem Nr.95 atbilstošu kases aparāta programmatūru, kura veic korektu nodokļu aprēķināšanu, to uzskaitīšanu, kā arī citu pārdošanas datu uzskaiti, ērtu digitālu saskarni kases operatoriem, čeku un citu dokumentu izveidošanu, attēlošanu un ierakstīšanu elektroniskajā kontrollentē un kontroles datnē, kā arī produktu uzskaiti datubāzē.

Cash register. It’s one of the many devices that record taxes and other payments and play an important role in the national economy and in business transactions. At national level, it ensures tax administration by automatically calculating the value of added tax in transactions, which helps the State to claim the correct amount of tax from businesses. Cash registers are helpful at fighting the shadow economy by recording every transaction in an electronic control tape and control file, which reduces the possibility of hiding a company's true income. The recorded data also helps to analyse the economy and identify potential tax evasion problems. For businesses, cash registers help to keep track of finances, accurately monitor revenues, costs and product inventories, and provide a convenient environment for cash register operators to serve customers quickly and efficiently. In turn, they provide customers with a receipt, which is a detailed document of the purchase and legal proof of the transaction, allowing them to return or exchange goods if they are faulty or have other problems. The aim of this qualification work is to develop a cash register software that complies with the current Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No.95 and performs correct calculation and recording of taxes and stores other sales data, convenient digital interface for cash register operators, creates and displays receipts and other documents while storing them in an electronic control tape and control file, and work with products in a database.
