Strops – motorizētās tehnikas lietošanas sistēma

Abstract

Dokuments ir programmatūras specifikācija un projektējums programmai “strops – motorizētās tehnikas lietošanas sistēma”. Strops – motorizētās tehnikas lietošanas sistēma, tālāk saukts vienkārši par strops, ir sistēma, kas ļauj konkrētam uzņēmumam vienkāršot datu ievākšanu un apkopošanu saistībā ar motorizētās tehnikas lietošanu. Strops ievāc informāciju par to kurš darbinieks lietojis kuru inventāru, cik ilgi, kurā objektā un, atkarībā no inventāra, ievāc informāciju par inventāra lietoto daudzumu. Šī informācija noder lai aprēķinātu objekta, ar tehniku saistītās, izmaksas. Lai uzņēmuma darbinieki varētu viegli lietot strops sistēmu tajā izveidota inventāra rezervācijas sistēma. Strops sistēmai ir izveidots prototips, pēc kura veidotas programmatūras prasības, ņemot vērā prototipa trūkumus. Strops sistēma ir veidota ar Laravel ietvara palīdzību.

“strops – motorized tech usage system” is a web application that collects data about equipment usage. This document comprises software requirement specification and design for Strops – motorized tech usage system. Strops – motorized tech usage system, from now on simply called strops is a system that allows a specific company to simplify the gathering and processing of data regarding motorized equipment. Strops collects information like which equipment was used at which site by which employee and for how long. In some cases strops also collects information about how much the equipment was used. This information is used to calculate the motorized tech-related expenses for specific objects. Additionally to the usage data collection functionality strops has implement a reservation system so that the employees can easily use the system. There exists a prototype of the system and it has been used to inform the software requirements by addressing the shortcomings of the prototype. Strops is created using the Laravel framework.
