Alternatīvās finansēšanas iespējas uzņēmumiem

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir ‘’Alternatīvās finansēšanas iespējas uzņēmumiem’’. Finansēšana ir viena no svarīgākajām lietām uzņēmējdarbībā un arī jebkura cilvēka dzīvē. No finansēšanas ir ļoti atkarīga uzņēmuma nākotne, vai tas spēs attīstīties un cik liels potenciāls tam var izveidoties. Autore darbā pēta dažādus alternatīvās finansēšanas veidus, jo mūsdienās iespēju ir daudz, ne tikai banku kredīts. Pētījuma mērķis ir izcelt alternatīvās finansēšanas veidus, izanalizējot to priekšrocības un trūkumus, kā arī parādīt, ka alternatīvās finansēšanas iespējas var būt būtisks faktors uzņēmumu konkurētspējas un ilgtspējīgas izaugsmes nodrošināšanā, piedāvājot elastīgākus un inovāciju veicinošus risinājumus salīdzinājumā ar tradicionālajiem finansēšanas veidiem. Bakalaurs sastāv no četrām nodaļām, kurās ir izpētīti daži no alternatīvajiem finansēšanas veidiem un veikts izvērtējums, salīdzinājums un analīze. Bakalaura darba nobeigumā tiek veikti secinājumi, balstoties uz visu analizēto informāciju, kā arī izvirzīti priekšlikumi uzņēmumu alternatīvās finansēšanas veicināšanai Latvijas teritorijā.

The topic of bachelor thesis is ''Alternative financing options for business''. Financing is one of the most important things in business and indeed in anyone's life. The future of a company, whether it will be able to grow and how much potential it can develop, depends a lot on financing. The author's work explores the different types of alternative financing, because nowadays there are many options, not only bank credit. The aim of the of bachelor thesis is to highlight alternative financing options, analysing their advantages and disadvantages, and to show that alternative financing options can be a key factor in ensuring the competitiveness and sustainable growth of companies by offering more flexible and innovation-enhancing solutions compared to traditional financing options. The bachelor's thesis consists of four chapters that explore some of the alternative financing methods and include evaluation, comparison, and analysis. The bachelor thesis concludes with conclusions based on all the analysed information and proposes proposals for the promotion of alternative financing of companies in Latvia.
