Motivācijas faktoru ietekme uz darbinieku darba sniegumu azartspēļu nozares uzņēmumā “EVOLUTION LATVIJA”.

Abstract

Šis darbs ir veltīts motivācijas faktoru ietekmes uz uzņēmuma “Evolution Latvia” darbinieku produktivitāti izpētei. Pētījuma mērķis ir noteikt galvenos motivācijas faktorus, kas ietekmē darba sniegumu, kā arī analizēt to saistību ar darbinieku vispārējo noskaņojumu un apmierinātības līmeni. Darbā uzsvērts, cik svarīgi ir izstrādāt efektīvu motivācijas sistēmu, kas var pozitīvi ietekmēt darba klimatu un uzņēmuma kopējo sniegumu. Pētījumā izstrādātie secinājumi un ieteikumi var tikt izmantoti, lai optimizētu motivācijas procesus organizācijās, kas darbojas azartspēļu nozarē, kas, savukārt, veicinās konkurētspējas paaugstināšanos un uzņēmējdarbības panākumus. Diplomdarbs sastāv no trim daļām. Pirmajā daļā autore analizē ar motivāciju saistīto teorētisko daļu. Otrajā daļā ir uzņēmuma “Evolution Latvia” apraksts. Trešajā daļā tika veikta intervija ar diviem vadības nodaļu darbiniekiem, kā arī darbinieku aptauja. Darba rezultātā autore izdarīja secinājumus un uzrakstīja arī priekšlikumus, kas palīdzēs uzlabot darbinieku motivāciju uzņēmumā “Evolution Latvia”. Šis darbs satur 64 lapas, 3 attēlus, 13 tabulas un 5 pielikumus.

This work is devoted to the study of the impact of motivational factors on the productivity of employees of the company “Evolution Latvia”. The aim of the study is to identify the main motivational factors that affect work performance, as well as to analyze their relationship with the general mood and satisfaction level of employees. The work emphasizes the importance of developing an effective motivational system that can positively affect the work climate and the overall performance of the company. The conclusions and recommendations developed in the study can be used to optimize motivational processes in organizations operating in the gambling industry, which, in turn, will contribute to increasing competitiveness and business success. The thesis consists of three parts. In the first part, the author analyzes the theoretical part related to motivation. The second part contains a description of the company “Evolution Latvia”. In the third part, an interview was conducted with two employees of the management departments, as well as an employee survey. As a result of the work, the author drew conclusions and also wrote proposals that will help improve employee motivation in the company “Evolution Latvia”. This work contains 64 pages, 3 figures, 13 tables and 5 appendices.
