Motivācijas sistēmas pilnveide uzņēmumā SIA ‘’Evolution Latvia”.

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 63 lappusēm, ietver 1 tabula un 27 attēlus. Darba mērķis ir identificēt nozīmīgākos uzņēmumus un ārējos motivācijas faktorus SIA "Evolution Latvia" un izstrādātas motivācijas sistēmas uzlabošanai uzņēmumā. Pirmajā nodaļā tika aplūkoti teorētiskie aspekti par motivāciju uzņēmējdarbībā, analizējot motivācijas jēdzienu un tās ietekmi uz darbinieku sniegumu. Otrajā nodaļā SIA "Evolution Latvia" darbība un motivācijas sistēma, analizētas uzņēmuma pieeja darbinieku motivēšanai un identificētas stiprās un vājās puses. Trešajā nodaļā prezentēti empīriskā pētījuma rezultāti, aptverot darbinieku aptauju un interviju rezultātus, kas ļāva izstrādāt konkrētus priekšlikumus motivācijas sistēmu pilnveidošanai. Darba veikšanai izmantotas dažādas pētniecības metodes: tikai daļēji strukturētas intervijas ar uzņēmuma vadošajiem darbiniekiem, aptaujas anketas metode darbinieku viedokļu apkopošanai, zinātniskās literatūras un sekundāro datu analīze. Darbaā tika secināts, ka SIA "Evolution Latvia" motivācijas sistēma ir efektīva, tomēr pastāv iespējas tās pilnveidošanai, piemēram, paplašinot darbinieku pieejamo profesionālās attīstības iespēju nodrošināt un pastiprinot elastīgu darba grafikas nodrošinājumu. Motivācijas sistēmu optimizēšana varētu veicināt darbinieku apmierinātības un lojalitātes pieaugumu, kā arī veicināt uzņēmuma stratēģisko mērķu sasniegšanu. Bachelor's thesis consists of 63 pages, includes 1 table and 27 picture. The aim of the work is to identify the most significant business and external motivation factors in SIA "Evolution Latvia" and develop a motivation system for improving the company. The first chapter discusses theoretical aspects of motivation in business, analyzing the concept of motivation and its impact on employee performance. The second chapter examines the activities and motivation system of SIA "Evolution Latvia", analyzes the company's approach to motivating employees and identifies strengths and weaknesses. The third chapter presents the results of an empirical study, covering the results of employee surveys and interviews, which allowed developing specific proposals for improving the motivation system. Various research methods were used to carry out the work: only semi-structured interviews with the company's management, a questionnaire method for collecting employee opinions, analysis of scientific literature and secondary data. The work fault concluded that the motivation system of SIA "Evolution Latvia" is effective, however, there are opportunities for its improvement, for example, by expanding the professional development opportunities available to employees and strengthening the provision of flexible work schedules. Optimizing the motivation system could contribute to the increase in employee satisfaction and loyalty, as well as to the achievement of the company's strategic goals.
